I am a foodie. My taste has spanned thousands of miles to taste different dishes from the US, Asia and Europe. Weather it be Thai, Mexican, Southern cuisine or Italian… I still have my reservations on finding the perfect snack on a rainy afternoon like this. The one which I could sit down and gorge with a tall glass of fresh orange juice embellished with a small umbrella, a slice of pineapple and a ball of cherry stuck with a toothpick on top. Comfort food is always in the back of my mind every time I am stressed from work. I’m tired but I still make it a point not to spoil my diet since I am a little overweight, (no pun intended!) but then again it would not be sinful to get a cheesy break every now and then.
Have you tasted Panini? It’s that slice of Italian bread smothered with garlic butter and filled with cold cuts, fresh veggies and layers of cheese. I really cannot get my mind off of that but it is a little difficult to make these days. Good thing Stouffers-panini is readily available in the market. This one is different because out of the 10 varieties that you can choose from they can all be just popped into the microwave oven and cooked per package directions and you will get that same grilled goodness that we love!
