Lazada Asks You to Shop with a Heart this Holiday Season

Have you seen the Lazada app lately? If you compare it with your friend’s app, it will be totally different. It’s because of an algorithm that they have implemented to make your shopping experience more personal. They also have exceeded targets compared last year and Filipinos have been embracing online shopping until now. With tons of flash sales, the upcoming 12/12 Grand Year-end Sale, you’ll get tons of deals but more so, a purchase with a heart. They are now asking you to share a part of yourselves with friends, relatives, loved ones so go ahead and shop more to your hearts content.

First up, this guy JM wished for milk and adult diapers. Lazada granted his wish, and got his partner surprise him on stage. The two met in Ayala Triangle while jogging. They got a vacation too in Fuego Hotels in Bataan as a reward of their good deed. This was on Tim Yap’s IG account.

The second person wished on Iza Calzado’s IG account. She’s a differently abled person, pretty young for her age and wished for a camera so she can VLOG and inspire people with disabilities and others too. The third person was a Mom who wished for a wheel chair so her son with cerebral palsy could move around. Tim and Lazada was happy to grant these wishes too. 

Fourth is a mom. She wished something for James, her son who is a kid with non speech autism. She got him a tablet through Lazada, and that made us all happy! Fifth is is Child Haus, a center for kids with Cancer. Their faces lit up to see toys so they could play like regular kids and take their mind off things, it was magical!

On the spot, they also got an employee of Lazada and she was gifted with a brand new watch by the CEO of Lazada himself! It was a nice gold watch!

Lazada also gave us a box, inside it was a letter. In behalf of us, they donated gifts to CRIBS Foundation in Antipolo. 

I lost count at this point. They called in a kid on stage who’s mom was in Abu Dhabi in UAE. They surprised her with something special, it was actually her Mom that was inside the Lazada Mascot lol, it was so nice to see them together. They were also serenaded by The Company. Kid started crying. Awww people were bawling.
