Mega Manila's Future Looks Bright with Vista Land

Tuesday, November 12, 2024

Still growing at an enormous pace and offering even more real estate for local and international clientele is Vista Land. Either living in it or for an investment, they've been sought after especially in the cities of San Jose del Monte in Bulacan, Caloocan City and Antipolo City. Much of these places are also investing in infrastructure that would benefit thousands of people daily, bringing property values higher in the long run. This is why people prefer Vista Land.

Aside from being the leading developer in the country, they're poised to develop even more land that connects to the recent government projects like th MRT7, LRT Line 1 extension, and the different highways that are being built as we speak. It'll be easier to move around a larger land area, it wouldn't be difficult to work in other places and live in the outskirts where future residential and commercial hubs will be built.

Things will improve over time and the connections will encourage more people to live in these cities, as more of these government projects become operational.

Over at San Jose del Monte, they've got Aspen, a total land area of 38 hectares that run around mountains and towns, bringing the look and feel of Colorado right in the heart of Bulacan. If you're a budding family who's planning to start your corner of the universe, you can enjoy this mountain themed place with features like a clubhouse, a pool, a playground, and plenty of outdoor space for your usual workout. In it is Aspen Residences which will be done with several towers, with more habitable areas and place to workout, encouraging you to have a healthier lifestyle within the actual estate.

Caloocan on the other hand will have North Commons, a modern mixed use premium real estate property which will have workspace, condominiums built, that will have the vibe of a resort inside the city. You need not leave the area to have modern conveniences because why not. You've got a place called CoLab which is a modern workspace designed for its namesake and increased productivity.

There's also The Suites in North Commons which are several mid rise towers made for residential use, meant to home young working class, and those who again would like to start a family. It features a place called Skyscapes that's got a view of the city, so you don't have to go out for wine night, because you can unwind and party while you're on top (see what I did there!).

In Antipolo, they've got Vidarte. It's a play on words Vida (life) and Arte (art). They're betting on the LRT Line 2 expansion and how it would be accessible, as easy as can be, but be a place of creativity and art! There will be actual artwork in between studios/2 bedroom units, surely that's going to be a hugely inspiring!

As much as this looks humongous, this is just the tip of the iceberg of what Vista Land has planned for the whole Mega Manila. It's quite unique, very premium and sustainably planned. There's lots of opportunities for growth, you may check it out via vistaland.com.ph or their social channels if you want to know more about it.
