The Seasons Residences: Japanese Living In Manila

Wednesday, February 19, 2020

Japanese living in Manila!? Yeah, that’s exactly what they want to do. The developer Sunshine Fort North Bonifacio Realty Development Corp and Federal Land Inc has just partnered with Japan’s leading firms Nomura Real Estate Development Co. Ltd. and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd. and this will bring to light an iconic property called The Seasons Residences. What this would mean with their remaining towers Natsu, Aki and Fuyu is that they’ll be having units that are world class, innovative and armed with Japanese technology which INAX will provide. They will also have a Mitsukoshi Mall which will open in 2021, that’s good news!

Thomas Mirasol, COO and GM of Federal Land Inc. says “As we aim to have a modern lifestyle, we look to Japan. Despite their modern way of life, they have a rich culture and regards to mother nature. This is one of Federal Land’s biggest projects and we are bringing Japan’s Nomura Real Estate and Isetan Mitsukoshi Mall in the Philippines. Today, we also welcome INAX, to enable our residents to live and set the bar higher, premium living in the Seasons Residences. May this partnership grow, bring convenience to our residents in the property.”

Alpha Ang of LIXIL Philippines says “Even in today’s modern age, this is a relationship that goes over water use. We are harnessing it to improve our household products, for people to have healthier cleaner lives. As you all know INAX improves lives, bringing forth experience that embodies Japan. We are honored to have comfort, reliability that our customers expect elevating standards of premium living.”

As these properties get filled with the most discriminating residents who want premium living personified, these will all happen as construction is going on. If you want to know more about it, or if you’re interested, give them a call via 8359-6756 or email them via invest@federalland.ph or visit their showroom at 7th Ave corner 34th Grand Central Park North BGC. Quick Stomach by CHADO The Tea Room

Monday, March 17, 2014

It was a hot afternoon that greeted us in the new Federal Land developed property along Macapagal Avenue called Bluebay Walk. It houses one of the nicest and newest food joints in Pasay City called Quick Stomach. This area would be an ideal future shopping destination and the placement of these food establishments beats the hour since they will garner the crowd both coming from the Mall of Asia and the planned PAGCOR City.

Longganisa with Rice and Egg

Quick Stomach serves all day breakfast, Filipino dishes and more. That afternoon, we were treated to their specials and favorites. Almost all of them were served with a side of Sitaw (yard long beans/green beans); although they say this would actually differ as what's freshly available in the market; makes sense.

Tapa with Rice and Egg

There are also several SILOG servings that are available but regularly they all serve this with plain white rice. It's healthier I guess, but they have different cooked rice varieties available on the menu. Longanisa, Tapa, Tocino, Ham, Tuna/Pork Sisig, Lechon, Tinapa, how else can you resist not having breakfast/lunch with that on the menu?

Oh wait! Here's the Executive Meals!

The Good News: $8,000 Tax Credit

Thursday, February 11, 2010

It looks like the economic turmoil in the US is ending and there is great news that a huge relief for first time home buyers and people who have owned their first residence in 5 years. The federal government is giving them a break from the stress this crunch has brought in the past year. I have learned today that income tax will be credited to them which could reach as high as $8,000.00. That is like hitting the jackpot and deserving what you have worked for. Imagine you would benefit from the taxes you paid for from the time you started your careers. The $8,000 Tax Credit is not a joke and can alleviate people who are still recovering and getting more burdens from the situation brought about by failing companies and ailing market forces. There are a lot of people who lost their jobs, got a new one and then got back on track so this is going to be a better alternative for them than purchasing a home which they could not afford. I really like the fact that they even give out around $ 6,500.00 tax credit to people who have lived 5 years consecutively in their first home from the last 8 years. This is a very big help for families who just started.

It has already been extended by the federal government and expanded at the very least; so the right move in this case to take advantage of the opportunity to get the huge tax credit they offer so you could purchase the home you need. It is plain and simple. If I were you guys I would seize the opportunity!
