The Crazy World of Money and Relationships on TikTalks

If you haven't made it a habit, make sure you watch the latest episode of TikTalks. It's shown on TV5, One PH and also on Radyo 5 92.3 News FM every Sunday at 10:30PM. It's where Ms. Korina Sanchez Roxas, Ms. Pat P. Daza, G3 San Diego, Kakai Bautista and Alex Calleja sit down and talk about things you probably are afraid to ask especially in the matters of money and finance in the family.

Serious stuff, strong opinions, spicy replies and lots of humor will make this an entirely interesting show, especially when they encourage conversations that are greatly uncomfortable, a little taboo in some instances. They've been out mostly because of the FIBA World Cup coverages in the past few weeks and this comeback will be something that'll surely ruffle feathers.

Ms. Korina says "We talk about it openly, especially those that are not talked about in a no-holds barred way. In the show, we'll talk about pre-nup agreements, happiness vs money, living with others, something you might not ordinarily hear at home, you'll hear lots of different opinions from the hosts of the show."

So if you haven't seen past episodes, go watch the latest one first then scrub up on the others. It's definitely going to give you a different perspective about very sensitive topics, you don't have to go far. Be there on the stations we mentioned earlier, every Sundays at 10:30PM.

TIKTALKS On Bigger, Bolder Second Season!

Looks like the guns are out and they're not going to be beating around the bush as TIKTALKS start their 2nd Season! Hosts Ms. Korina Sanchez Roxas, Alex Calleja, Ms. Pat-P Daza, G3 San Diego, Kakai Bautista promises an even more feisty discussion especially with those questions that everyone has on their mind - but didn't dare ask it.

They are after all from different walks of life, different backgrounds, a veteran broadcaster, a comedian, a radio personality, someone from production and writing, plus a spirited singer and comedienne, it's already a ruckus of a conversation just by knowing that.

Here's what happened during the media conference

This show is produced by Ms. Korina Sanchez-Roxas and her friend Jojie Dingcong of Media Kweens, Inc. Yes, in some way or form, this is like The View in the US, but very different because of it's Filipino flair. They're not even afraid to talk about things that may taboo in the Philippine context, they even opened up the possibilities of defending the not so popular of opinions, and it's totally okay. Previews of upcoming shows include their experiences with body odor and halitosis, so imagine the fun revelations of them talking about their friends and strangers they had to do white lies for.

This show allows you to learn more about what you could never talk about on a normal day. They make sure you'll have less inhibitions, have fun of situations, and perhaps learn something in the process. It's going to be light, none of those serious reportage you're used to see on television. It's something you can watch, be amused, have something to sit back and relax to after a long stressful day. Just to give you an idea, the press conference was very spontaneous that while we were being given answers, several conversations on the sidelines were also happening, and they say, that's exactly is what's happening while they are doing the show. They also promise a lot of interesting topics in the next few episodes, and a few select guests that would be interesting to also talk to. This is exciting news, especially since Ms. Korina Sanchez Roxas recently signed a co production with ABSCBN for her hit show Rated Korina.

KORINA INTERVIEWS: Dental Diva Kakai Bautista

She's the Dental Diva, a very well known talented singer, comedienne and actress at that, she's Kakai Bautista. Her interesting story will be featured in Ms. Kornina Sanchez-Roxas' show "Korina Interviews" which will be shown Sundays 5PM on NET25.

Kakai says "I've been bullied because I was poor, and grew up as an ugly duckling. I learned to know the things I could and couldn't change. I wouldn't be able to change the shape of my teeth, but I know how gorgeous my eyes are. I didn't have toys when I was a kid, so I got plants, wood and thread to make one. I had to make my own, and ended up being envied by other kids because of it. I always made ways to survive and it has been my motto in life."

She was an ordinary woman who did Lea Salonga's wardrobe in theatre and Korina Sanchez handpicked her story among others because of how interesting her story is. Being bullied and poverty stricken in the past, a lot of people would learn about her story. In it, she's going to tell more about bullying, and controversial things she's encounterred on social media. Something you shouldn't miss!
