NADINE LUSTRE and BEA ALONZO at the OPPO Reno 11 Series Launch

The folks from OPPO just launched the OPPO Reno 11 Series 5G and together with it, are phone ambassadors Nadine Lustre and Bea Alonzo. They've also appeared the TV commercial which was shown in the event highlighting its new Portrait Expert centric features, with no less than Nadine and Bea showing how it's done.

They took the OPPO Reno 11 5g and the OPPO Reno 11 Pro 5G phones for a spin by using the 32MP telephoto lens to their advantage, which tells me you don't need a huge camera to actually take good shots. The photos above speak for itself!

The phones are available in Pearl White and Wave Green colorways. It's also quite thin, with it's Ultra Slim body, you can take it around inside your pocket with ease. It has 120Hz Ultra High refresh rate, so those movies or games can easily be seen. You can also take photos with the 112 degree ultra wide angle camera for those group photos or landscape shots you wanted to do.

The OPPO Reno 11 Pro 5G on the other hand has an 80W SuperVOOC Flash charge to make sure you don't run out of power when you need it, it only takes a few minutes to fully charge the device. It has a pretty back cover, shines in light, and weighs quite light. It also has 4K ultra clear video, so for Vlogging purposes, get the OPPO Reno 11 Pro 5G!

If a phone gets liked by Bea and Nadine, how can you say no? The price looks very attractive, the hardware specs are quite nice, so if you're looking for a new phone go get it. The OPPO Reno 11 5G costs Php 24,999 while the OPPO Reno 11 Pro 5G costs Php 31,999 which is good for mid range.

NADINE, BEA + More at the OPPO Inspriation Ahead Event

Super happy to see OPPO getting a little closer to lifestyle events as they held an "Inspiration Ahead" forum with speakers like stylists Pam Quinones and Daryl Chang, concert photographer to the stars Magic Liwanag, and Fashion and Style blogger David Guison. It was nice to see them share their expertise in their respective fields, but in a nutshell, it takes guts to be fashionable, it's okay to experiment, make amends with style mishaps in the past (and to just go ahead and try it). 

 

 

Leanne and Naara also provided needed entertainment in the middle of festivities, music from them was really super nice, a lot of people danced during their set. I'm a fan of their music now :)

Magic says "My inspiration starts the moment I wake up, shooting different people, I learned that it depends on how you feel. Experience for me is champ! As a photographer, I'm glad my wife isn't a content creator, I get to rest, capture moments, even if it's not Hollywood or international artists, I get to share my story. David Guison says "I don't really think bout it so much nowadays, just dark, minimalist, things that you don't tend to see much, that's what I document. Knowing what you like is your style. It's nice to see people that hype you up, it helps because you get to say hi and show your personality. "

During the evening, they had Bea Alonzo on stage and talk about her own passions. She also shared her ways on finding inspiration on everything she does. She was extremely happy to see her fans on the grounds since late lunch time. That's dedication right there!

 

Then to make the evening even better, I was able to take a few minutes to talk to President NADINE LUSTRE who has been in the headlines these past few weeks. But of course, we didn't talk about THAT. I had to ask how she's been, and how she feels being trusted by OPPO all these years. It's been a while since I've sat down with her, so here, enjoy!

Nadine also has stressed how she loves her RENO line of phones which she's endorsing with OPPO, and for the tons of new phones that they have come out with in recent months. These men and women do inspire a lot of people, and sharing those experiences probably would make all of us see our efforts, that it's okay to take time. ACG Launches TaxWhizPH 2.0 and Mon Abrea's Iwas Buwis-It 2022

Paying taxes hasn't been something people love on face value. For starters, it's complicated, it takes a LOT of effort, expensive, and not to mention you don't really have that much motivation because of politics, or corruption and just base it off just by being a responsible citizen and hope your taxes won't go to waste in this country. 

The Asian Consulting Group (ACG) has recently launched an update for the TaxWhizPH App. In a nutshell, this is their version 2.0. This app can compute your taxes with up to date rates and policies. It also guides you to take photos of your receipts, so in case there's need to file for VAT transactions and come tax time, you'll be notified when to pay as it's got calendars for it. The app was developed by ACG and for those who don't know, President Nadine Lustre had a hand for the creative part of this app. She's quite involved since the start and now that it's released, she's quite happy with it.

Nadine was game answering several questions about the app, and how she manages working with the ACG team, and her businesses. She personally knows how hard it is for an ordinary joe to file taxes and glad that ACG and the TaxWhizPH app can help a lot of people.

Mon Abrea also launched his new book IWAS BUWIS-it 2022. This is a step by step guide on how to file taxes including those who are into YouTube, the influencers, and businesses. We asked Mon about how he feels about recent news of politicians not paying taxes, I like what he said about it as it MAKES TOTAL SENSE. Check out our coverage of the event on this video.

It's also FREE which means you don't have to pay to use it. You can also talk through chat, email as they've got support for that too.
