AC Health Confirms Expansion Plans for Healthway Medical Network

Wednesday, May 17, 2023

Just got back from the festivities held at the Altaraza Town Center as they made QualiMed San Jose Del Monte a part of the new Healthway Medical Network and named it Healthway Qualimed Hospital - San Jose Del Monte now. They are under AC Health, a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation which thrust is building a healthcare ecosystem that will provide healthcare for all!

We had the chance to talk to AC Health President and CEO Paolo Borromeo where he mentions how they plan to expand into more areas around the country and utilize funding to build, operate medical facilities and clinics to reach and serve even more people, to give medical services that are apt for the location and retrofit, renovate, build new facilities where it's needed. Here's a glimpse of the new Healthway Qualimed Hospital in SJDM Bulacan on video:

Sir Jaime Augusto Zobel De Ayala was there during the occasion and says "I am delighted to be here to be with you. Glad to see Ayala Corporation peers, LGU's all who have been such a big help, thank you for being here. It's an honor to be with you, during the pandemic, SJDM is the first COVID testing center and we had an opportunity to administer vaccines during a very crucial time. Today we celebrate a milestone, with a new name, as Qualimed is now part of Healthway Medical Network, a part of a larger care network. We plan to expand our medical facilities, including clinics in key tour areas around the country. As our ecosystem expands under the Healthway Medical Network, we promise Health Beyond Cure."

Aside from Mr. Ayala and Paolo Borromeo, the Congresswoman, several LGU executives and representatives from the provincial government of Bulacan were there to witness the event. As a way to thank them, they were presented with Healthway Care Cards for their constituents, both for the city and provincial government so if they would need to help people in their locale, they can go to the Healthway QualiMed Hospital in San Jose Del Monte and be attended by talented Doctors, Specialists, Nurses and staff that has made this place what it is today.

Mr. Ayala also thanked them all for the work they have done during and after the pandemic, but mentions it's far from over. He said sorry because he couldn't thank them personally one by one (because of time constraints) but he knows how hard they've worked these past few years as the acquisition of QualiMed by AC Health pushed through. This will be just the start of even more hospitals and clinics that AC Health plans to acquire in the next few years because they plan to invest more in health services as part of their company's goals for the country. So make sure you follow their social channels to know more about their cause.

Congratulations Healthway QualiMed Hospital in San Jose Del Monte Bulacan!

Demand for Bria on the Rise

Wednesday, February 24, 2021

Yes, it's still happening and of course this is after the Department of Public Works and Highways, the Department of Transportation and Bases Conversion and Development Authority pushed through with the government's Build Build Build program and made it a priority. Part of these include major roads, highways, bridges that would make every community in different parts of the country accessible when projects are completed. It's one of the reasons why the demand for Bria is on the rise because pretty soon, their property values would skyrocket and it'll be a wise time to invest in the real estate market.

Right now, there are several BRIA communities in different parts of the country and as they continue to build and provide high-quality yet affordable house and lots, and restrictions are reported to ease, more people from the metropolis are flocking to properties outside so they can go to less crowded, but fresh air laden communities.

There's a BRIA Homes community in Mariveles, Bataan which you can later access via the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge. This actually connects the municipality of Mariveles to Naic, Cavite which originally would take hours to travel. Aside from that, there's a BRIA Homes property in Alaminos, Laguna which you can later access via the Alaminos-San Pablo City Bypass Road which is also a lengthy travel from Quezon to Laguna. When they finish the MRT 7 project in Quezon City, it's going to be easy to get to and from BRIA San Jose del Monte, a very promising commune in the North. There will be more roads and projects in these areas soon and that's going to help boost economic growth in these provinces, which likely will happen soon.

If you want to know more about these communities and what place you can invest in, give their official site www.bria.com.ph a visit or their social media channels Bria Homes, Inc. on FB, Twitter, IG, YT, Pinterest, Spotify, Viber, Telegram, Kakao Talk, LINE or WhatsApp. You can also call them on mobila via 09398879637 so they can help you with inquiries.

Sef Cadayona Celebrates Birthday with Dumagat Tribe

Thursday, May 26, 2016

Having celebrity status has it's pros and cons but it all boils down to what you do with the fame, the fortune and the opportunities presented to you. Just a few weeks ago, it was Sef Cadayona's birthday. He's been in the business for quite a while now and he's been doing good in several shows like Juan Tamad and Bubble Gang, plus produced and directed a couple of shows too. He's been awarded by different bodies and lauded by his peers - he's an excellent comedian bar none. On this day, he wanted to give back so he chose a tribe in Luzon called the Dumagats. They hail from the same negrito lineage as with the aeta's (earliest inhabitants of the Philippines) but reside elsewhere, particularly in Bulacan - Quezon. They are nomadic in nature so they usually stay in one place and leave when they need to. They're a community but they're not really that well off, and Sef wanted to give a little of what he can.

Sef joined in on activities. They played several games and then proceeded to give gifts courtesy of Sef and his sponsors. He was also helped by NGOs Pink Women on Fire, the SPIN Project and assisted by Brother Martin of the Dumagat tribe. It was really easy, no fuss and they all wanted to be entertained that afternoon. Little did they know that Sef also had a secret up his sleeve. Sef wanted to give a special gift to the Dumagat tribe which is a real deal water filtration system. It has the capacity to convert existing deep-well water (which the community has as their only source of water) and make it clean and potable. After the short presentation, they gave a live demonstration on how it works. They taught several elders of the Dumagat tribe. This water filtration system project was produced and executed with the help of SPIN Project. They're an NGO who's goal is to provide clean and potable drinking water to remote communities like these. These water filtration systems are also solar powered and may get them up to 2400 glasses of drinking water. It's also kept with minimal maintenance which would be easy for the tribe. The SPIN Project’s founder Frederick Epistola was also present, happy to have seen the Dumagat tribe use it as well.

It was a great way to spend his birthday, and his happiness stemmed from the instance that he was able to help in his own little way. It will improve the lives of the Dumagat Tribe in this community and he wishes he would be able to help more people in the coming years, putting what he has to good use.

Happy birthday Sef! Wanted to see you on this day but I guess it was a little hard because of the location. Congratulations and hope you do more real soon!
