It was great evening to see people take interest in making their homes smart, while we also look and marvel at the beauty of it's endorser Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach. Together with Signify, they launched new products from Wiz Smart Lighting, a thing that supports over 16 Million colors and work with the likes of Apple, Google, Amazon and Samsung. Your existing smart home networks would be glad that you don't have to remove everything and start from scratch.

Aside from the products, they also introduced the latest update to the WiZ App which now has WiZ SpaceSenseTM which makes sure you don't get those automation functions get lost in translation or fail to function if you've got Siri, Alexa or Google Home working in your home.

Ms. Pia Wurtzbach actully tried them all in order to give a consumer's POV on how to work with Signify's various products. They're the best in the market, they were previously called Philips Lighting. with these new WiZ Smart Connected Lighting products, it's going to be easy putting up smart home devices especially if you're into themed rooms, spaces, because yes, lighting  makes the difference. They're quite serious about it, with a strong commitment, they want this to be part of every Filipino household.

Pia says "I know how it is best to use something reliable and trustworthy, and with WiZ Smart Lighting products, I could customize the look of different rooms in my home. I actually plan to do that in the near future because WiZ Lighting Products include bulbs to portable light and accessories. It's also automated and supports the universal standard for it. It'll be easy to learn how to do it."

The app can be also downloaded on Apple or Google Play, or even used via motion sensors. Imagine the possibilities when you get it to be part of your home!

Seeing the Light

Thursday, January 13, 2011

Electricity rates have gone up again and to tell you honestly I don't know why our country has one of the most expensive kilo watts per hour price in the world. Maybe we might be running out of our natural resources but I think it is ample enough to survive a few years. I am worried about the future of our family though and the children after us because people have been so lax in taking care of nature. If we do not start now by doing simple things like achat ampoule that are economical and energy efficient we might need to start and think about how we live in this world.

The technical advances in lighting technology should already solve part of the problems we face today. I've seen LED and fluorescent bulbs spend so little energy while still mimicking natural light so if we swap whatever we have at home a couple of hundred kilo watt hours would be saved. It could be any electrical appliance and we just need to make smarter choices this time. It starts with an ampoule but you can use a lot of energy saving devices like those large items at your own home. Going green has never been easy but if you integrate it to your lifestyle it would be a lot better in the long run. We'll live longer and have our family enjoy a lot of the things that we still have now. Remember, it starts with ampoule led but you can save a whole civilization if you start today. Great things come from small beginnings right?!

Ride and Stay Alive

Wednesday, May 06, 2009

I just left the chat box a few seconds ago. I was talking to my best friend from a nearby province in the North because we have not seen each other in a while. Yes guys and gals, he was the same guy who had a motorcycle accident more than a year ago. I think he's okay now considering he lost his eyesight on the left and had major constructive surgery done on his face. He's got a daughter and family to take care of and even if it did cost a lot he needed to survive for them. I was at his side the whole yard and tried my best to at least ease some of his burden. With the boom and popularity of this mode of transport in the Philippines, we learned the hard way about the importance of road safety.

I love motorcycles do not get me wrong. I dream of having these particular bikes in my garage the next few years.

I know it is a long shot, but hey! You and I know anything is possible once you set your mind to it. In that same extent, I know I would be more careful about riding super bikes like these. In storms and gloomy weather, we should always check everything in our vehicle. The same goes with this DUCATI bike that Tom Cruise used in MI3. Riding in the night would also require us to get the best Motorcycle Light Bulbs. No matter how safe you think you are in the road we are powerless against other vehicles that do not obey traffic rules and regulations. I mean how in the world you could see in a foggy night for example if you do not have Harley Light Bulbs that can pierce through anything in the dark. Not only would you get lost, but you can easily get into trouble with the things in front of you. You could fall off a cliff God forbid if you do not take care of your bikes. Kawasaki Bulbs are also excellent in this particular dilemma. Since they are intended more for the Asian riders, they know how it is in this side of the world. Getting the best things for our motorcycles would not just make our rides pretty, it would help us stay alive the least.

I hope you learn something from this experience. Wear a helmet while on the road, it would not make you look silly but make other people think there is something inside your head right?! Take care!
