Shakey's Opens New Store in Bonifacio Stopover

A few days ago, we visited the new Shakey's branch in Bonifacio Stopover. It's the commercial space located at the corner of 31st and 2nd Avenue in Bonifacio Global City. It's also called BGC Stopover Pavilion and houses some of the newest restaurants in this side of Taguig. Aside from that, Shakey's is taking your ordering experience to a new level as they introduce the new Shakey's App which is now available in App Store and Google Play. You can still order the classic way though, yeap! Dial 77777 and they can get you what you want, what you love in the Shakey's menu. Might I suggest the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza while you're at it. There are also several meal packages so if you're with friends or family, you'll save a lot but won't compromise taste. Shakey's has good food and finally, they've also devised a way to make anybody send their loved ones some good ol family treats because people, especially the OFW's can now order online and send it to the addresses of anyone here in the Philippines where their delivery service is available. If you don't like to go through installing the app, you can visit https://www.shakeyspizza.ph/ and do the same. But remember, when you use the app, you also have the chance to have the digital version of the Shakey's Supercard so you can get perks and freebies when you want it, where you want it! Or you can tie up your existing one and get points together. 

I had the Cucumber Cooler Shake, Fried Chicken, Mojos, Pizza, Carbonara and Spaghetti. Loved every bit of it so I always go back to the same place almost every week with friends and family. It's Shakey's time!

Greenwich Creamy Carbonara Pasta and "PinyaExagge" Hawaiian Overload Pizza!

Celebrating delicious friendship in my home calls for only one thing, that's pizza and pasta that's got the Greenwich brand on the box! Just this weekend, I had one of the most interesting surprise in the form of their new products; and its accompaniment of an explosion of superior flavors. One is the new Greenwich Hawaiian Overload Pizza and the other is their Creamy Carbonara Pasta!

The Greenwich Hawaiian Overload Pizza is a Hawaiian Pizza lovers dream! This one's got tons and tons and tons of sweet, tangy and juicy pineapples, an overwhelming layer of cheddar and mouth watering mozzarella cheese, mildly spiced ham, meat bits and fresh, crunchy bell peppers that everyone loves! I had to make sure I save some for other family members because I almost ate it all!

You might think this is like the ordinary Hawaiian Pizza you usually get but NO. It's OVERLOADED with the best ingredients and you can only get it when you dial 55555 in Metro Manila or by visiting their stores nationwide!

As if it wasn't enough, they also had me wishing for more because they paired it up with Greenwich's Creamy Carbonara Pasta! 

It's comfort food at it's finest form. Think of al dente spaghetti with thick, rich cream, and bits of bacon plus a layer or more of grated sharp parmesan cheese all over! I could just imagine you drooling over that at only P 79.00. If you are imagining a perfect weekend, they threw in a Home Alone 3 DVD for me so I did the best thing and sat down seriously and get myself plan a mission of my own while in the comforts of my living room. If that isn't a well rested day, I don't know what is.

KUMAGCOW FOOD REVIEWS: The Horror of Office Food! O_O

The horror I went through eating this plate was agonizing. I am not recommending this one SORRY!

Since it's Halloween, I would just like to warn you first about my own backyard. Yes ladies and gentlemen, I just started eating at our office pantry.

Our office admin just decided to have a consigned catering service to have their food sold at our office pantry and it was just my luck that I was so tired and hungry that time. Yes I starve every now and then because of diets and what not... but I was too lazy anyway to go walkin a kilometer or less to a local grocer for food. I went on a jiffy to the pantry to check them out since it was new... so I did buy myself a small plate of pasta... they called it "Carbonara" there... I said to my self.. REALLY?! hmm... let me go ahead and just taste this one. So I went ahead and ordered that, heat it up on our office microwave oven coz I just decided it needed that coz I found it a lil cold. When I took it out, it was the same... tasted it... ahmm... well... it tasted funny... yes guys, it was weird because it really really tastes like nothing... it was thick pasta with thickened pasta water that had no taste at all. I said to myself OMG... I just ate half the plate of food that I hated... btw I was a pasta lover before this one... I lost my faith all of a sudden... T_T

I hated it to put it in nice words, I would not eat that again and I made it a point they hear me complaining about it. If it weren't for the bacon bits I wouldn't have eaten half of it before I realize that it tasted funny. The next time I eat there, I'll make sure that I'm gonna order a different one. Just take a look at it above, I complained so I'm just gonna let you take a look at it. It was awful. I scored this ZERO KUMAGS. It was just saying HAPPY HALLOWEEN to me I guess. (-_-)" hayyy... poor hungry me!
