Happy Halloween!

It seems that the season of trick or treat is fast approaching and I have been seeing kids wearing their creepy masks this early. I guess it is the hype that most American brands influenced in the Philippines that made this another reason to celebrate come All Saints and All Souls eve. I don't know if that accounts for more reason to do so but hey we have so many holidays already and businesses are not that well off because of the economic crunch. Anyway, before I drift off my original topic... I would like you to check out some shots I made for you this Halloween Season... Where and what did I take pictures of? D60 KREW with ATOM ARAULLO and ME LOL!

It was a day of great photos, rain, great walk, then rain, then poses, then rain. It was rainy but I think it was okay and GREAT since it was for KALYE. Yeah! It was ATOM ARAULLO himself who went with us on a short photowalk. It's what we do on a normal Saturday but I guess that was just like 10% of a real photowalk since they were filming everything. It was great, it was exciting because after 20 years or less, I'm going to see myself on TV again hehehe.

Well it wasn't that... it was being with photographers who like street. Those who love Photo journalism. I am still finding my niche in this field but see where I already got myself into, shooting streets with Atom Araullo and KALYE. Thanks to my co D60KREW member Michael Olino who was a researcher for that show. I guess he pulled some strings and had us as a part of the story, it was good though.. I needed the media mileage LOL!

So those were the things that kept me busy these week, yeah I know my alexa rank dropped because of that and now I have to re populate my site again to make things better hehe. Next Photoshoot: Balete Falls, Amadeo Cavite

It's on the planning stage still but there will only be 10 slots given to this particular event in the weekend. This also will be done by nationally renowned photographer Rolly Magpayo. He will be discussing the tricks of the trade in fashion and glamor photography. This would be a very good thing for me to take up but it might end up non conforming to my actual schedule so I really do not know if it would be possible to get this one going.

I even like the location since it will be in Balete Falls, which locals and tourists alike frequent during the summer. I hope it would be as good looking as the previous shoots that were held there with other photographers. I've got a new trick in my sleeve though. I will be employing a new mode of shooting, and maximize the use of my camera. This would be really fun if I could attend this event. I just hope everything pushes through and the vehicles stay as cool as I want them to be hehe.=) Im currently post processing the pictures from the last photoshoot and finishing the video for the Laguna photo walk. I hope I can finish everything before the weekend.
