Shots From The Grand Press Conference of Corazon: Ang Unang Aswang

I was one of the few guys who probably got so depressed after the Maria La Del Barrio Finale, why you ask? Well let's put it this way, its just so hard to understand that we won't see them every night anymore. Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee pretty much are like friends and if I don't see them that regularly, you kinda long for them... It's a natural thing. ABSCBN did a pretty nice job reinterpreting and extending the MLDB run. I wonder what projects they have next? Erich Gonzales answered that question a few days ago.

This was the Grand Press Conference of Corazon: Ang Unang Aswang. Shooting this started years ago, even before No Other Woman. It was quite difficult because they had to create a whole other world in the vicinity of Rizal. The whole town and story was a child project of Director Richard Somes and yes he's got a whole production outfit called SKYLIGHT FILMS to back this up. Star Cinema believes that this project will surely be another hit not to mention the two past movies that had Derek Ramsay in it. This is his favorite movie too, he was always telling the press how excited he is about this coming out. It was high time because he knows how important this is in merely telling the story. Imagine how creeped people are in the teasers then later to find out that this is mostly a LOVE STORY and DRAMA. The great story, plot and skilled actors like Derek and Erich, it's surely a formula for International release. We have yet to find out later if its going to happen, I'm sure Star Cinema can do this.

You should definitely watch how PASSION and LOVE come into play in their relationship. How a man loves a woman. How a wife would give it all to make her husband happy. I don't think I really need to convince you to watch Corazon: Ang Unang Aswang, because just knowing Erich Gonzales and Derek Ramsay will be there would spell YES... am I right?! =) Plus Derek says that his LOVE Scene with Erich here is WAAAAAY more passionate than his scenes in No Other Woman... the same person who shot that is the one who shot the scenes here too. So just think about it... you know you gotta watch this! Showing in cinemas on March 14, 2012!

Here's hoping we get over the sadness brought about the end of Maria La Del Barrio! I really miss that show.. =(

Maria La Del Barrio EXTENDED!

Due to insistent public demand and obvious high ratings of the show Maria la del Barrio, ABSCBN has decided to extend this series upto February according to their representatives of the channel and lead star Erich Gonzales. Now that they have seen the enourmous support this program has gotten in the past few weeks compared to GMA's Daldalita, they have thought of more twists and turns to the story that will blow the minds of audiences worldwide.

Assunta De Rossi's character in the show "Sandra" suddenly comes alive in the story giving this whole series another reason to watch out for as she fights with arch enemy Angel Aquino aka Victoria again. Apparently she didn't die of the fire that happened in the beginning of the teleserye. That plus the fact that Erich and Enchong could actually be siblings... Is this going to be the end of their love story? Will it end the same as the original Maria La Del Barrio produced by Televisa?! According to Erich she's got a non showbiz suitor and she wanted that to remain private. People from the press asked her who HE was but she never budged.

Erich will be doing a movie with Mario Maurer which would probably start filming in April next year. Maria la del Barrio will continue its book II until February so you guys should watch out for that!

Well I hope you enjoy the photos above! As of now she didn't mention any other project because that one is BIG. But did you know that Enchong will have a HUGE project next year too? =) Even he didn't knew about it til this afternoon's luncheon. So guys, make sure you watch out for Enchong Dee's projects too! =)

Actually according to them, they are both READY TO LOVE. But as for who to love, they have different answers... But they owe it to their fans, the love team wouldn't have worked without you guys! A lot of people are clamoring for them to be real lovers, Enchong said that is a possibility but as of now they probably are interested in different people; Erich seem to be interested in the "non showbiz guy" and Enchong probably is in love with someone from the Mara Clara series... you should find out for yourselves!

Actually it's Enchong and Erich who's going to give you a gift. They are extending Maria la del Barrio until February because of the BOOK II that will contain a lot of twists in the story (plus more characters that you haven't seen yet!). Yes, they will have a different story than the Thalia version of this series. =)

As for SUDDENLY ITS MAGIC, Enchong is so happy for Erich that he fully supports her on this international film and her new career. Erich said the same thing hearing about what ABSCBN plans for Enchong next year. Mario Maurer is a good guy, and for those who wish to see Enchong do something on that movie... we have no news yet if he's gonna play a cameo role on it too. But if he is offered one, he'll gladly take it to support Erich.

I also told Enchong about Philippine Fashion Week during the BENCH fashion show. He was the most applauded celebrity there. Did you know that?! I'm not surprised though because these two would definitely go leaps and bounds on their career! They are smart and intelligent... that's one thing that other stars don't really have these days #fact!

To Erich, Enchong and the rest of the cast, crew and production... congratulations on this great series! My whole family will continue to watch it! You all should too! :)
