The OLX Christmas PossibiliTree

Popular online buy and sell website OLX just launched their new project called The OLX Christmas PossibiliTree at the Gateway Mall Cineplex today. The concept is simple, you just have to buy items from the OLX tree which contains good quality second hand items inside!

Like this painting of a flower which only costs Php 800 or that Nexus phone which only costs Php 1,000. 

Or this remote control car that only costs Php 700.

Php 2,500 for this Herschel Bag or Php 350 for the fancy wallet. 

I'm already planning to but this Danbo from Amazon Japan. It's cheap at Php 1,000!

All the proceeds will be given to Save the Children Foundation that helps kids go to school and find a home. You can also donate some of your preloved items at home if you want to help their cause. I'm planning to actually do that today!

Shopping for Men's Fashion Made Easy at Lamido

Christmas season in the Philippines started in the BER months. That starts when the month's name ends in BER that is. With the rate we're going, we're way behind schedule and we haven't been able to shop as much as we wanted. Now think about the amount of people that you haven't given any gifts during last year's holiday and you'll probably be a little sad because 1.) You may not have much time to shop 2.) Malls are too far 3.) You don't like walking around all day and still couldn't find that perfect little gift for your special someone/the one you love. It's a dilemma I know, but it's probably solvable. How? Easy, have you tried shopping online? If not, then maybe the Lamido buy and sell site interest you. It's not easy picking a gift for a guy like me. I am so involved in fashion for men that I might discriminate a little when it comes to clothing, shoes or accessories. Hard to please? You save on gas, you save on dining out, you save on the trip and you don't waste time spinning around the mall like a gopher who's lost his own hole. That's great technique right there which you can smash outside the ballpark, give yourself a pat on the back then say "I did good today!".

Living the Life in Makati: Avida Asten

Wherever you are in Makati, it's all prime lot. Whether you are in the residential area or right along the artsy fartsy Malugay district, you are bound to see this structure towering over the landscape. If you are a junior executive looking for a great place to stay near the business center of Makati, you should definitely check out Avida Asten.

Now who told you the country's in a slump when we're obviously booming in the real estate and construction sector. Mind you this is just the tip of the iceberg. If you're interested, they can plan out what terms you wish to have these condominium units.

Just Tower 1 alone would actually mean 644 residential units which comprise of Studio units, some also come in  1 Bed Room, 2 Bed Room, 2 Bed Room loft unit, and 3 Bed Room loft units that's perfect for a family.
