It has been doubly hard lately to talk to my brother in Ireland and it has proven to be a pain in the wallet when our phone bills arrived. I wouldn't be able to recuperate a couple of hundred dollars if it's just for utilities like this one. I suggested we use SKYPE instead so we can call each other anytime of the day for free. The problem is that I get horrible video streaming from it and I couldn't do anything about it. I was so dependent on the software that we just rubbed it off when we experience skipping videos or on some instances only the audio works.
