Madonna, Guy Ritchie and children, Rocco and Lourdes in Kamuning last year. Joke!

After a dream wedding in in the outskirts of Scotland, the grandest pop star Madonna and famous director Guy Ritchie call it quits today. They are now officially divorced.

This is sad, really sad news to people wishing the best for Madonna and her family. Like any divorce, it's now time for them to face the ugly financial statement since they are a VERY WEALTHY COUPLE. I may probably make these two next to Brangelina... but of course if it seems like its not gonna work, then they would be better off as friends. Child custody will also have a weird show since Rocco and Lourdes are a all grown kids. They could probably be faced with choosing who they would be with after these few days of hard circumstances on their family. Madonna asks for prayers and privacy during this very difficult time for their family. I'm quite sure it is believe me!.

Cristy Fermin Suspended! (O_O)

Nadia Montenegro and Cristy Fermin now burning bridges.

Cristy Fermin has been suspended for 2 months from her radio show "Showbiz Mismo". ABS CBN has acted on the complaint lodged against her by Nadja Montenegro at MTRCB. She will not be appearing on it until December 31, 2008. I'm sure a lot of her followers via the web and TFC would feel sad about this. Perhaps the hundreds she greet each day too.

The action done to her was justified with her exposing Nadja Montenegro's kids saying they were illegitimate but was actually her real kids from other men, that they were her real kids out of wedlock years ago. Nadja told MTRCB these were all lies. ABS CBN mentioned that the kids above all times were not supposed to be mentioned since they were not part of their fight at all. I guess that part of the story is right... kids should be still protected. ABS CBN punished her for this. I hope this issue ends and does not go ballistic this weekend when she probably would speak in her own defense come Sunday at the same program. She would maybe end up as a guest in her own show. Funny ey?!

MOA on Ancestral Domain Unconstitutional!!! - Supreme Court

Wednesday, October 15, 2008

MOA is rejected, now it won't be given away that easy!

The Supreme Court ruled 8-7 against the MOA on Ancestral Domain between the Government of the Philippines and the MILF. The court reiterated that Malacanang and the GRP Panel abused its power for pushing for this MOA implementation without considering public consultation. As they say in the movies... I'm not surprised! ^_^

Justice Conchita Carpio-Morales, on the other hand asked the GRP panel to start public consultations from hereon while negotiations are still being done with the government. Peace Process Executive Order 3 Republic act 7160 was the culprit here. The part thats unconstitutional particularly is the recognition of the Bangsa Moro Juridical Entity to act as a state. It ain't gonna push through now because nobody offered public consultation. I would personally be happy about this, I wouldn't want to give away parts of the Philippines to unscrupulous individuals that long before had hostaged the government to comply with their radical ways. Talk has been going on for years, and they could not control their people. Everyone knows that, they should consider ending this asap. People are dying, hurting and being fled away from their homes. Its not enough that people talk and let other parts of these unruly people make their own rules. They go back and haunt innocent ones. May God have mercy on their soul!

KUMAGCOW MOOOOVIE REVIEWS: KULAM

KULAM stars Judy Ann Santos and Dennis Trillo in this Horror flick by Regal Films

Well I know what you're thinking! Why in the world am I watching TAGALOG Films... not that I have anything against it but its just not at par with foreign films. They tried to tell the story with effects but it was just the appear disappear part that was convincing. Aside from that, I did not get to enjoy the movie because there was a kid at my back who kept on blabbing about anything happening in the movie. SHE WAS TOO IRRITATINGLY NOISY... yes I tried shhh... I tried to tell her nicely but of course SHE DID NOT STOP. So after an hour and a few minutes, I did not enjoy this film. The plot was nice but the execution was not really done tastefully and correctly. IMHO, this would be a flop if there were other actors in the film. They are already stars (Judy Ann and Dennis Trillo) so since they have a fan base already, the cinema was jam packed! And we were even only a few minutes away from losing the ugliest seat in the house which was in front. We were staring and the whole screen was glaring at us that even if you closed your eyes it was still bright. O_O haaa! and our necks were wayyy up there already because we had to watch it. My wifey enjoyed it though...even if they know that I was a Judy Ann Santos fan lolz...

That's how it is with my friends, if they like somebody like her... I will too. That though doesn't state that I hate her for doing that Meralco stint... explaining why a company was claiming payment for something we did not use! geeze! talk about operations costs!

Anyway I'll be giving this 2 kumags for effort and for hurting my eyes. >_<>
