This is one expensive book! ^_^

In a glass case is one of only seven copies of JK Rowling's 'The Tales of Beedle the Bard' book. This was shown in the National Library of Scotland in Edinburgh, Scotland December 3, 2008. The copy of 'The Tales of Beedle the Bard' which Rowling presented to her first editor Edward Cunningham, is valued at over two million pounds ($2.95 million) and is due to go on display at the National Library of Edinburgh from 5th December.

J.K. Rowling wishes that if these few books earn millions of pounds, it will go to children's charities in Eastern Europe. Edinburgh by the way is the birthplace of Rowling. This new book is a collection of five fables mentioned in Rowling's saga about boy wizard Harry Potter. This will only be released in a few countries unlike Harry Potter that even got translated in a few languages. It's not creating that much buzz now but it is equally expensive. If you are a true Harry Potter fan and a collector, then this is your ambrosia. The professors of Hogwartz were even mentioned on one of the stories so do not miss this chance to get the origin of the Harry Potter books.

If it's J.K Rowling, I'm sure this won't be affected by any recession. Christmas time would probably boost sales once kid's know this would be out on Amazon for 50 pounds (100 Dollars) leather hard bound. Only 100,000 copies were made.

Brad Pitt Houses Victims of Katrina

Brad Pitt says Make it Right! ^_^

One half of the most influential and powerful couple in the world just gave away homes for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Lower 9th Ward neighborhood families were preparing to spend their first holidays here. Brad Pitt was sad though because this is only part of it. He would like to rebuild communities and the whole state but funding and labor were just slow. Parts of the project would be put up first quarter of 2009 and late October. "I'm really happy for the families that are going to be here, but I can't help but think about the families that aren't". The Make It Right was launched by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie a year ago. The project is for the construction of 150 energy-efficient homes in a section of New Orleans washed away when Katrina broke levees Aug. 29, 2005. He just said he's not stopping until everything becomes normal and he promises to build thousands of homes in the same neighborhood.

For those of you who would like to donate to the same cause and my friend (we're close yah know! heheh!) Brad Pitt's Make It Right Foundation, just go to http://www.makeitrightnola.org

Naughty Boy gets on Santa's List

Wishes do come true! I am on Santa's list!

C.E.I.V.A. the inventor of digital photo frames just created a website to enjoy this holiday season. It’s all at http://www.sitonsantaslap.com.

The site shows a mini movie like flash presentation that lets me upload my own picture making me a part of it with Santa and his little green elves. C.E.I.V.A. Digital Photo Frames were showcased containing this uploaded file that cracks you up each time you see it. They have the option to send it on your phone too. This happens when you sit on Santa’s lap much like when we were kids!

From the naughty or nice book, he checks out each name on it and lo and behold your own name appears there too. This also would show your own wish with it. The Got a Wish Sweeepstakes makes you also better this yuletide season as they also choose a daily winner of $500 on the site. 29 more winners will have the same fate each day. Please let me win this one now until the end of the month. The 500 bucks would go a long way. The digital frames are awesome and I’ve always wanted one since I watched episodes for Back to the Future and Spider man where these were seen. Digital Photo Frames also can now be fixed for free if you subscribe on their Picture Plan Membership. You won’t have to fear the “you break it you bought it” people when accidents happen. Can you get me this awesome gift for Christmas?

Venus, Jupiter and the Moon Smiles at the Philippines

In our part of the world, this is the greatest thing celestial bodies did for this country. It showed up around 6-8PM in the evening smiling at us. This is the best planetary gathering of the year, simply because it involves three of the brightest objects in the sky after the sun. From the eight official planets in the solar system, five are visible at night without the aid of a telescopes or binoculars. Jupiter and Venus are particularly bright (no not the sailor warriors lolz) , partly because both have highly reflective clouds that completely envelop them, but also because Venus is Earth's closest neighbor while Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system.

Awe! what a sight to behold last night! To those who missed it, it looked like this!
