Spend Wisely!

Tuesday, March 17, 2009

I'm managing my own money now and to keep myself in check I always keep it a point that I only spend beyond my means. Nowadays it is so hard to keep up with our daily expenses and we often forget to pay our bills until the last minute which would make our lives more hard until we get our next pay check. I know how it feels to over spend because I probably am one of the guys who spend too much on clothes, shoes and parties. I go out almost every week and dish out a couple of thousand bucks cash and a few swipes of the card. It's a good thing I know how to handle it because unlike other people, I have self control.

I've got a word of advice though for young single guys like me. If you can't pay for it anymore and you have tons of credit cards, I suggest you make your life a little bit easier by debt consolidation. Taking your financial problems into one bank can get your interest rates on a better scale. At least you are going to be charged once for your credit card debt. There are a lot of banks who would appreciate this and financial advisers would strongly recommend it. If you are in a situation where you cannot find debt consolidation loans anymore, make sure you strike a deal with the credit card provider with the lowest interest so your payment schemes would be easier on your budget. It pains to see some people are not handling their finances well when it is just simple. If you save a lot, spend within your limits and only purchase what's necessary then you wouldn't have problems with money. If you've got a better idea, let me know!

Hybrid Car Day!

The hybrid cars are making a huge waves in the auto industry. I haven't driven one so the actual mechanics on how it works is mind boggling for me. I saw one in TV when I watched The Girls of the Playboy Mansion... yeah I know what your thinkin... hey I just watched promise!

The car actually runs on gas but when you stop in a corner or slow down, it automatically switches into electric and the car seems to halt but in reality its really just going the mile with electricity instead. This is really a great answer to the oil needs of most countries and if this goes with the Filipino water cars, I bet you its going to be more efficient. I was really at awe on how it 't works, how in the world didn't anybody think about this before? Anyway its very very good that more models are coming out from Japanese, American and German manufacturers.

And think about the grand prix outfits holly, kendra and the girls would wear if they show up in those cars in style! Hahaha.... I know lotsa drivers are going to be excited!

Stressful Day at Work..

Monday, March 16, 2009

I'm still sick but I manage to go to office even if I have colds and a lil cough. Its verging into a flu... I just hope it doesn't get worse. Maybe next time I'll try and have a vacation instead of pulling myself to work each day because I always gunned for the perfect attendance. Yeah, I haven't had an absence in like 5 years would you believe that?

Well now its more weirder because I am obliged not to even take my leave credits because that would be also taken against the perfect attendance marks and would disqualify the incentives for that. Oh well, maybe sometime soon my planned Euro, US/Australian trip would materialize. Hey, my cousin even wants to hire me in Brisbane (I think) because of their IT thingy there. I'll take a look and try that out... nothing bad in that right?

Plans for the future? Well I don't want to plan now, I am patiently just waiting for things to fall into place. Maybe in the next few months if they all become true then why not... I just have to make sure I do a good job in what I'm doin today... I'm living my life with no regrets that's for sure.

Where Do I Start?

Sunday, March 15, 2009

I'm an ordinary guy with ordinary hopes and dreams. I only go out of the norm for work and causes that need me to perform more than what's expected of me. I was listening to the radio this morning and it struck a cord with me. Thousands of people from this side of the globe went running for nature. The fun run proceeds would go to a plantation of trees and maintenance of a water shed so people in the city and our kids could still have clean drinking water in the future.

I always ask my self "Where do I start?" in helping to clean up the environment. The thought of it is just complicated because I am not much of a nature person. I am educated so I know a couple of things to help; even in my own little way. At home, we always use soaps and chemicals to clean up things. These are very biologically harmful if you think about it. Inventors now have coconut oil based soaps that are 0% harmful to the environment that even if you use it to clean stuff on rivers not a single molecule or helpful bacteria would die from it. There are lots of ingredients from these products that are only seen from remote locations from countries like Peru and Brazil. I personally would recommend you start from your own households and take the initiative to purchase only natural products like these. Green cleaning products not only do what it's obviously for, it also infuses good energy since everything is herbal.

Harmful industrial processes such as rust removal just got natural too. RUSTERIZER, a new product that you can use to remove those forming rust in metal components in your house is so nature friendly that no plants could be killed by it. Isn't that just great?!

In your own way, in your own home you can do your part in saving nature. No matter how small it is or how far you run in your local marathons in life, it adds up to the effort we need to do so our children's children would be able to drink water safely.
