Philippine Elections: I don't know who to vote!

Since election season is near and everybody else is in a scuffle to still try and get my vote as with the other undecided Filipinos, here I am to talk about Philippine elections on my site.

I know I haven't been the best citizen but hell I have been one knowledgeable hooligan when it comes to these affairs. But then again since I am undecided I'll tell you some pros and cons about who I am planning to vote for:

Noynoy Aquino - Mar Roxas



I don't know what he did, for me he is just riding on Kris and his parents legacy... for co sponsoring bills, well that is still not his work afaik... how could I vote someone I don't even know if he performs? If that were Belmonte then I would go with him a 100% but he is not that much visible, how would I or anyone know right? Mar Roxas on the other hand is okay, at least he did something as former cabinet secretary of DTI... as of now I am still undecided about the presidency.

Dick Gordon - Bayani Fernando



Both are performers, both have already proven themselves. But if my vote goes to them, would it be just a waste since they are not that popular?


Gibo Teodoro - Edu Manzano



Well it is hard to gauge someone I don't know. He looks straight forward and rich. I do not know if he did really do something in the AFP but boy he did not rid that agency of corruption. Manzano did great with OMB but will that be enough for a national post?! I don't know...


As for the other candidates, I guess they all are a big joke. Who do you think we should vote for huh?!

The Want to Live in North Carolina

I was listening to Roberta Flack this evening and really got in the mood to lounge around. So I went ahead and read regular OPRAH guest MAYA ANGELOU'S novel I know why the caged bird sings. I was moved about how she meticulously described and mirrored every place the story went and then I knew why and what she was famous about. I love how she showed every depth and angle of her life as a teenager growing up in North Carolina. I think it is how she still found beauty in all of it. I was supposed to also read on Michael Jordan's biography (together with his sky blue and white striped shorts) but that seemed too early to spend time on; and when I looked up their stuff on the Internet I was surprised. It seems that I was having an all star North Carolina evening. I envy these great names that got the chance to live there. It made me want to check out Wilmington NC Real Estate while I am there.

So I went ahead and stood up got my books folded and hung so I could take a good night's rest. I was looking at postcards I got from late last year. My Aunt who lives just a stone's throw away from the beach went ahead and bragged about it and I am planning to invest in real estate probably by next year. I have the resources now to buy something for myself so I am going ahead and doing this even without consulting other people at home. I like the feel and ambiance of what Carolina Beach Real Estate offers so if ever I plan to live somewhere else aside from local concept houses; it would be just that. I feel the need to live in North Carolina all of a sudden... and it would be a better place to start when all I could think of this day is that!

My New GAS: Blackberry Curve 8320

Okay, ladies and gentlemen I admit I did succumb to my urges again to buy a new gadget. Well since my phone has died on me three times already, I think it is time for that handy dandy thing to retire already. It has served its purpose and has been with me for YEAAARS! I love everything that we went through but since it has literally been too damaged already that I have been too shy to take it out a couple of times when we go out, I already bought a Blackberry Curve 8320... and boy here comes a new adventure.

I got in on this one, mint condition and I should not tell you the price because you might be shocked how much I got this for less taxes LOL. Sometimes I think I am so lucky because I did not find any trouble getting this other than paying for it of course!

With this, then I now have something to tinker until the next smartphone impresses me =)

Smoke Easy

Yes I smoke occasionally and I do get to the point of being choosy on what I use. I seldom buy local brands and I do prefer the more imported names. But recently it has been hard to resource it around my work place and it is going to be more difficult once the building beside ours get demolished. I do not get the opportunity to shop out often because of time constraints and my busy work schedule too.
