Jason Ivler now in Quezon City Jail
Wednesday, April 07, 2010
I know it is kinda odd for me to talk about him today but I kinda felt for the guy. I dunno, when all the world is making fun of him and his Mom I feel that we somehow kinda have something in common. I haven’t gotten into doing ROAD rage yet but boy this morning when I got home drunk, I paused a little bit when I saw him on TV this afternoon. He was sent out of the Quirino Hospital Medical Center and brought to the Quezon City Jail. Some hooligans even applauded when they saw him. Poor guy was in a shirt and shorts ailing because of his gunshots and pulled on a wheelchair. Jason by the way also starred in TGIS a local teen bop show in the early ninety’s… I dunno what happened to him after that but they said he served the US military for a few years. My hunch is he got a little freaked out when sent to Iraq. He said that he couldn’t adjust to the lifestyle in the city jail now if his Mom would always help him. The city jail by the way is very near my place... no I don’t go there but I always pass by that area. When you see the condition of the people there you would definitely be appalled how inhuman it looks like. I know his Mom from gym and I saw her there a couple of days ago. None of the former moms who were always with her before was there after that incident with Jason. I pity her and I kinda am sad about this whole thing happening to their family. Rather than persecuting them like the rest, I felt they were just misunderstood in some way. I hope it doesn’t become as sensationalized as it was a few months before. If they find out that Jason is guilty then go ahead but if not at least give him a fair trial and free him if that is the right thing to do. Although most of you might not agree on me with this I still feel he is innocent. I’m not a judge so I won’t be deciding on that in the next couple of months. I’ll stay tuned for more developments… sorry if I feel like I am going against everyone but hey if that happened to you what would you think other people would look like if they are ridiculing you like that now?

Easy UK Car Hire
Tuesday, April 06, 2010
My brother spends most of his time in Dublin but on some instances he needs to see friends in London. There are a lot of things there to expect like my personal favorite the English pubs. It is quite a long drive though but it is physically impossible to have my brother ship his car just for the weekend. This is where a simple UK Car Hire comes in handy. This is one of the most expensive cities in the world but he saves a lot when he just rents a car for the day. He usually needs it for fetching close friends and relatives. He had some business matters to attend to and I think UK car hire has been very easy to get anytime. The UK car hire service is just perfect for abrupt change of travel plans. I plan to visit him later this year and on my itinerary I would need an afternoon in Buckingham Palace. I would gladly stay away from novelty shops because I read off some sites that they are quite expensive but if I do need to go around town UK car hire would be feasible. I would not want to be a burden to him when he has to go back and work. Maybe UK car hire would give me discounts since I am traveling very light. I wouldn't mind that ha-ha! That would be really awesome if UK Car Hire services are affordable and easy to transact with because I will be using local VISA credit cards. I am so excited to see him soon. I just wish I had more time to fix my papers so I can go there now!

Happy Easter! =)

Here are photos from my cam =)
Hi guys! I know it's kinda late for me to do this but since the occasion calls for it I would like to greet you all a very Happy Easter!
I went out and got my blackberry and Trish (my Camera) and shot around my neighborhood to see what was happening... well actually I just didn't really have anything to do so I shot just about anyone and anything LOL. Just look at the pics I got from my BB last Good Friday. The commonly busy streets of Eastwood, Cubao and Edsa just became deserted. Taxi drivers say they are kinda bankrupt during these days. If they did decide to travel on these days where most catholics either stay at home or go out of the metro and spend time in beaches then they wouldn't be able to even earn the boundary price.
I know it is a busy weekend for some but of course I on the other hand chose to stay at home and spend some time with my family. Aside from that we went to church so I'd be able to at least get some of the sins off of me LOL. I wonder if it did make a difference. Anyway, I like the time I spent with Mom there and taking photos randomly on the street was fun even if I was a lone. Maybe I should do this often... I dunno, should I?! Let me know and comment on this post. Is it okay for me to at least make the lone photowalks regularly?!

A Noble Profession
Friday, April 02, 2010
It is a known fact that in the Philippines nursing has been the number one course among college students and there are now thousands of health workers available for the rest of the world. I have cousins who took this course and are now successful nurses in Canada, Europe, Japan and the United States of America. Everybody knows how hard working and talented they are and if you think about it they compare our Filipino nurses work doubly hard than other nationalities. Ask your local health workers and they will probably tell you the same thing. They have college degrees and have exams for that but sometimes it doesn't end there. I know they undergo more training after that and a lot of hands on training and they certainly need more experience. Moreover, they need cna training information that would make them the outstanding nurses they are being known for.
I have really high regards with our medical workers and the things they do for the world. I never forget how cute they are ha-ha! Though what matters most is the dedication and passion they put into caring for another human being. That to me is the best thing that they do in their profession. Without them we'll probably end up just curing ourselves with honey and ginger while lying in bed at home. It's such a noble profession and I'm glad my cousins are part of it! At least we get to have the best ones in the world!
