A Truly Noble Profession
Wednesday, April 14, 2010
Being in the medical profession is a very noble job. That makes me think; almost all my cousins are care givers, nurses or doctors. It has been like a trend I guess and I wouldn't blame them because this has been in demand for years now. The aged population for the US, Japan and Europe increased over the decade; and since we supplied medical workers for these countries the medical assistants position has been in dire need too. Since it has been in demand, the chances of getting a job are easy and special assistants for medical specialists are a must.
The medical assistant course can be also achieved through on line programs. In as little as 6 to 8 weeks you can go through the normal procedure of learning on line and taking the exam for this profession through institutions like St. Augustine School of Medical Assistants. There are a lot of people already taking up this course which is quite new to medical professionals in this side of the world. I am optimistic that pretty soon we would be able to also fill up the need for the medical assistant position and still lead in terms of quality in the labor force wherever we may be in the world. I am proud that my family has been part of this industry since the 1940's and helped a lot of people as nurses and doctors for the UN, International Red Cross and Doctors without Borders. I hope I would be able to help too in the near future. It will be in my own little way!

Thank you Ms Daphne Osena Paez, F and OLAY!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms. Daphne Osena-Paez and the well missed TV show F... and of course OLAY for this package they sent me in the mail this morning. This is the perfect thing for Me, My Mom and My Sister. Mom's been using this since she was a teenager; she got it shipped all the way from the US so imagine around 40 years or maybe more she couldn't remember ha-ha! I liked how her face just light up when she saw the package because she knows most of the products she is using is there and I wouldn't mind sharing. After all she is the one who started this all. If you only could hear the WOOOOOWS and jaw drops in between when we opened the box. I'll treasure each and every bit of it!
Thank you Ms. Daphne! This is indeed a summer to remember! We've been following your site for the longest time and as I said, it pays to be an avid reader! Can't wait for F! (if ever you plan to get together again)... thank you for the opportunity to be part of this... thank you to OLAY too!
=)
My NBA Top Picks
My top teams for this season are quite easy. I am pushing my luck though on the Cleveland Cavaliers since LEBRON JAMES is still resting and the whole team is winning game after game. Maybe if they do let him play soon it would look like a massacre on the court. Second best would probably be everyone's favorite the LA LAKERS. I don't really have that much to say but how can people forget KOBE BRYANT and his philandering days... he just played a lot and won a couple of championships and now everyone is treating him like a saint. I am not surprised though because people easily forget. Now they are the league's defending champion, they will be the heavy contender to butt heads against the Cavaliers. In the end I think when LEBRON plays, they will probably be easy to beat. I hope there was some way for me to have nba expert picks so I would not be guessing who will win this season. There are lots of on line resources like where I could start looking at.
Boston could also be in the running for America's next top basketball team but it could be a long shot. I think the losses they had in the past might hunt them and if they are going to be pit against the Cavaliers, they wouldn't stand a chance. Orlando had a few failed games so if ever there would be a battle from the east, it would be between those three. Who's your pick?! Would you take a chance on LA or Cavaliers?! The Spurs already lost so my favorite team is not on the list ha-ha!

Where Is Arroyo?!
Are you wondering where President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is?! She's in Washington apparently and attended the Nuclear Security Summit. The United States and Russia are cutting down on weapons and this is something like the first step to further eliminate the need to use it for weaponry. Their goal is to rid the world of these weapons totally, I just wish they really are doing it in their own country.
What if the others did really did not keep their weapons and only a few only have it?! Are we going to suffer if a world war erupts?! Countries like ours that do not have atomic weapons are at shooting range anytime of the day. We will probably be one of the few targets in the Pacific Ocean because we are strategically located near all the other countries. I hope there was some way we could make one ourselves. Or maybe home grown missiles from garlic or cow dung and manufactured somewhere in Bocaue, Bulacan. That would be really nice to see since we are still gonna save the earth, we are organic ha-ha!
