UniSilver Time Signs TV5 Timebassadors

In simple ceremonies at the Primero Casa Filipino restaurant in Quezon City, popular watch authority UnisilverTime in cooperation with TV5's Artist Management Division just recently announced the official lineup of Timebassadors from the network. Since 2005, UniSilver Group International Corporation and their watch company UniSilver Time has been making pieces that would reflect the Filipino need for fashion and functionality. Each designed watch has been carefully crafted to meet the demands of today's discriminating clientele and they have not disappointed when it comes to anything that comes out of their doors and the catch is, the price is phenomenally low!

Aside from that, UniSilver Time believes in catering to everyone and this is why they have got the best celebrity endorsers in the entertainment industry and steadfastly affirmed their leadership in the watch industry by believing in artists that could further represent them, their products and services to an even larger audience. TV5's stable of talents never run out of qualities that UniSilver Time looks for and they've signed them up one by one that afternoon.

Ritz Azul

TV5's prized actress and model Ritz Azul who hosts and acts in different programs for TV5 is one of them. She's an old soul and prefers a watch that would be a little over 20's-50's or 60's design and something simple like her that wouldn't easily go out of style. She doesn't like trendy ones and those that goes out of style easily. Good thing UniSilver Time has similar ones that she loves. She's ecstatic that she's representing a prestigious brand in the Philippines and thanks UniSilver Time for the opportunity.

Converse Fall Collection 2014

I always thought I was lucky... but even better when I saw this showroom at the Converse Philippines headquarters in Ortigas. If you follow @kumagcow on Instagram and on Twitter, you probably have and idea how much of a shoe-holic I am. This week alone, I bought five pairs of shoes and one of them is this brand that Pinoys around the world absolutely love! The term "Streetwear" wouldn't be really complete if this didn't come out of the market, I'm talking about Converse. They just released their Fall 2014 collection and this preview didn't come more appropriate at an opportune moment when I wanted shoes again. To make it really fun, I made a full run around the place showing ALL the shoes to be released this season... are you ready?

To note, we loved the All Star collection especially the classic ones. It can still be worn any year as it would provide timeless footwear fashion. I also love the modern tribal prints and the triple zipper shoes which is for the femmes. Aside from that, the one with heels would probably go for sporty ladies who still want chucks on their feet. It's also continued on other merchandises so if you go with shirts, caps, bags, Converse has them there too!

Enzo Pineda's Birthday at Child HAUS

I've never been to Child HAUS but have been hearing about them a long time ago. The first one was last year when they were being evicted at the Quezon Institute grounds and they didn't know what to do with the children staying there. Just so you know, these kids have cancer and other serious diseases and they are getting treatment in Manila hospitals to survive. They have no place to stay here because they live in far flung provinces. It's their only hope. Good thing there are generous businessmen, celebrities and foundations who chipped in together to make this a permanent place to stay in as they offer free room and board for these kids at 90 Mapangakit Street in Quezon City. It's a small place and can only accommodate a few children but it is serving its purpose. It's Enzo Pineda's birthday too so he's thought of helping the kids by celebrating with them on his special day. Instead of Enzo getting gifts, he wants to share his blessings to these young ones who need to be happy even at their state. So GMA Artist Center, Bench, Unisilver Time, Mc Donald's and Enzo's sponsors arranged for a birthday party in the shelter and oh it was memorable!

I was touched by this message posted on the wall of ChildHAUS which talks of how important it is to help and not think of material things. Enzo and his Mom arrived and the kids were all happy to see him for the first time. 

Enzo's Mom became a little bit teary eyed as she was invited in front to talk about her son. She's thankful that he grew up a very responsible, fun, loving young man and says he never hesitates to help people too. They did something right in raising him and at this state, he's going to have more success which his parents are so proud of mentioning. She also thanked the people that helped Enzo to be where he is right now, I couldn't believe she's his mom... too young looking no? Aside from that, Enzo's fans the Enzopipz were there to support him. He mentioned they weren't fans anymore because they are his friends now. He thanks them for their support!

Thea Tolentino @ 18

We went all the way to Calamba, Laguna to visit the hometown of the once little girl who dreamed of someday, making it big in the showbiz industry. Through the reality show Protegè, one of GMA's prized actresses was born... and clearly, she has blossomed into a colorful butterfly... a lady. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome Thea Tolentino as she celebrates her 18th birthday. Oh yes, the Half Sister star is celebrating her debut intimately with family, friends and some celebrities. I find her very nice contrary to the role she's playing in that series which I regularly watch. Let me give you a rundown on what happened that evening.

Rita De Guzman performed a doxology to start the program. She's pretty dope. I have seen her perform quite a number of times and she's a pro. She also opened for the concert of Aiai and Rico J a few weeks back and this, she did with justice. Some even couldn't help but clap after her song. It's a prayer though. Then the debutante entered the venue.

All eyes were on her as she came out with a full gown created by world renowned designer Francis Libiran. It looked so good on her and obviously she's ready to show some serious skin. The back and the gown's detail up close was definitely a show stopper and it accentuates her without being too vulgar in the right places. She is indeed claiming it, like a gorgeous butterfly opening her wings.
