Sitti's New Music ElectroSITTI

Hey hey hey! Are you ready for a NEW kind of Sitti? The Bossanova Queen apparently has been preparing for a new concert and a single launch to celebrate her 10th year in the music industry. It's even BIGGER because it's also her birthday so they're doing a 2 day event slated on November 25 and 26, 2016 8PM at the Music Museum. It's going to be called ElectroSITTI. She'll be singing her usual Bossanova hits, a new one called "Tangled" plus "Bid You Love" from her upcoming album with the same title (ElectroSITTI). 

She will be performing with Dj Silver so you're going to hear a pretty different take on her repertoir. Yes ladies, gentlemen and Sittizens, she's doing Electronic Dance Music and will mirror a more matured, a little changed, but hopes this new flavor would come to reach her usual supporters, and a lot of other people. Tickets will be sold through Ticket World at 8919999. Sitti is managed by Asian Artists Agency and MCA Music (Universal Music Philippines).

"We needed something new but we don't want to force it. It was made to just enjoy, so we MCA and DJ Silver talked about it. The change is more personal, I just stumbled upon this career and I can't thank the fans enough for accepting the music and me as an artist. I haven't really worked with Jason Dy, Loonie, Silver Filter and UST Percussion Ensemble. So this is going to be an experiment, a play, and I have some songs lined up. I never really measured success, but I'll think about that. I'm really thankful about the love people have been giving me, I have songs that have been played on the air, in coffee shops, even if the songs are 10 years old. In the concert I will be dancing, I have choreographers and I'll be rehearsing next week. So it's something I am really looking forward to. It's to pay homage to my songs, these collaborations with different artists are also just on my wishlist so I'm raring to work with them in the concert. It's been a long time, I've seen a lot of changes and I know my supporters are all grown up. This change is just timely and I hope my fans would get to appreciate it."

SM Reveals 56 Grand Centerpieces This Christmas

I was greeted by tons of kids clad in red, gold and white outfits in a festive mood at SM North Edsa - The Block. How else can you celebrate the season but by being with your loved ones in the malls listening to kids sing, in strong fervor because it's been a tradition in SM Supermalls. I don't know about you but I'm always excited about what themes they always come out with every year and when they launched it this afternoon, it brought back memories of me and my folks when we used to always do this at SM. SM North this year is bringing a destination theme, much like the north pole. 

They will also be holding a huge sale until January 8 for kids apparel and also the chance to meet Santa Clause in the flesh courtesy of VIVO Smart Phones. They will also hold the annual Grand Magical Christmas Parade complete with life size elves, soldiers, ballerinas and teddy bears plus gift giving charity activities from SM Cares.

It was really fun, a feast for the eyes because when they unveiled it at the SM City North Edsa, it was magical and everything was moving on the installation. Heck it was snowing too! They will have separate ones in each SM Mall across the country so make sure you get your cameras ready!

SM Supermodel and endorser Hideo Muraoka was also there with his wife and cute kid! 

I think they will have special bears available for purchase. They will also be giving a corresponding one to a kid in need so in a sense, you are helping too by getting one! 

They will have a separate launch in SM Megamall this eveing so if you are around the area, be there at 7PM!

GMA Network's "Believe In The Magic of Christmas" Campaign

Had a nice evening with GMA's brightest stars, a few blogger friends and kapuso brigade people over at GMA Network's Believe in the Magic of Christmas Campaign Video launch. When they say magical, they mean it's the first locally produced, first in the country, 3D Animated Christmas campaign that starts Monday November 7 during the airing of 24 Oras, GMA's primetime news program. Their thrust is to air several heartwarming and magical stories so Filipino viewers here and around the globe would be able to believe in the magic of Christmas.

There will be three parts to the story of Magical Crayons, sending the message of getting wishes granted in the eyes of a child. They are doing this fresh from the win of "Alamat" (legend) which just won Best of Festival during the US International Film and Video Festival (USIFVF). The Christmas story project is the brainchild of GMA's Program Support Department under FVP Regie Bautista, AVP Dino Garcia, AVP Hasmin Marable, ACD BJ Camaya, PM Catherine Co, Writer Nicole Castillo, Juan Javier, Reybert Ramos, Laqy Laqueo, and done by GMA's Post Prod FVP Edward Achacoso, VP and Head of Operations Paul Ticzon, and SM for Video Graphics April Canasa - Angeles. The theme songs for this year's Christmas campaign will also be sung by Julie Anne San Jose. The other stories will come out soon so if you have watched the first one, stay tuned for the others on GMA Network. There will also be promotions done kn GMA network's social media properties so make sure you follow them there too!
