Predator Forges Partnership with ONE Championship

Rich Franklin VP of ONE Championship adds "The people here are so amazing, I've been here so many times but I've been testing the games out and if you're a gamer, you have to be above and beyond your skills, we are all competitive and it takes serious amount of training for  competitions. Training days are much not like Rocky, we wake up on our own time, warm up, cool off, no physically difficult sessions because rest is important too. Get up in the morning to up the heart rate, don't fight the fight before the fight. You just run through it, you prepare ahead, just like in egames. We have a lot of Filipino fighters on Friday at MOA Arena. It will be also broadcasted live on ABSCBN. When you see the fight on Friday there will be many rules, and we'll show that in a bit."

How to Take Perfect Summer Selfies with VIVO V5 Plus

This is an article I'm writing not with severe authority but merely tips that I've gathered over the years for one activity that Filipinos love so dearly, that's taking selfies! Oh no, don't tell me you haven't taken one a few days ago, because you've been doing it secretly I know (even if no one is looking!). Take Photos with Enough Lighting

Stay Colorful!

There are times when cold and dark works but man, it's already summer. Take advantage of the season when it's legal to dress up colorful. Make those OOTD's pop like you mean it and if it's a selfie, take it up a notch and make it equally lovely. Do the same with make up, or smoothen it out, or make your shots a little saturated than usual because it's supposed to be fun, don't shortchange yourself with that.

Bring it to the Beach

If it's a sem break, or you're in transition to another school year, take the opportunity to feel the sand in your feet and the salty wind in your hair. Make sure you wear sunblock and lots of strides in the shore. Wear your summer outfits because those bikinis will surely get the guys drooling (only if you're a lady! Lol). Make them work for what you've spent all those hours in the gym and flaunt it on every selfie. Those abs might prove a better alternative to a great beach scene too. You're worth it!

Have Fun!

Take your selfie experience up a notch by always having fun taking photos. If possible, take WEfies with friends because you can. It's more fun with a group, it's better to keep those memories and immortalize them later on in Facebook or just about any social media channel you're in to. As long as it's taken with a Vivo V5 Plus, you're good to go!

Experiencing The World at Sofitel Manila

Sofitel has always taken the norm of fine dining into new heights every time. Case in point is the last time I was there for Flavors of the World: Wonderful Indonesia. This is a series of specials that they are doing in a span of a few months featuring dishes from different countries around the world every month. And if you say authentic, they get the Ambassador of Indonesia to actually grace the occassion. They even had a lady from the tourism board to perform for us that afternoon some really special Indonesian cultural dance.

Part of the things they served that afternoon were Gado Gado, an extravagant salad with raw vegetables and crunchy krupuk (like our local Kropek) on top.

They also had us try Cendol which is the Indonesian traditional dessert which can be also likened to our Halo Halo except that they mostly use a seaweed or rice based jelly with Pandan flavor and coconut milk.

Sofitel will be dedicating a portion of their ateliers every month to a specific country so they could showcase the dishes and make you want to travel around the world without leaving SPIRAL, Sofitel Manila's premier buffet restaurant.
