My Mom and Dad always had a stash of Cotton Balls lying around because we know how nicks, bruises and bumps do to diabetic people. Though it is quite often for Asians to actually have dry ears, we still shouldn't do things that doctors won't advise. It makes sense though, and we know we should only clean it just on the parts where it's safe. We don't want complications and this would surely be the perfect thing to prevent you from going overboard especially for babies that have sensitive skin.
