I was one of the few who stayed up late and waited for the reveal of the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X a couple of weeks ago. If you prefer the iPhone 8 Plus, just shell out a couple more bucks which means you can pay Php 2,999 a month and get the same data allowance, calls, texts and one free month for the Gadget Shield too.

What this means is that you can get the phone without that huge CASH OUT that everybody's afraid about... and just pay it monthly like it's included in the bill. BENCH UNDER THE STARS The Press Preview

It looks like you wanna know what's about to happen tomorrow at Bench Under The Stars, so I'll begin by taking you to the press preview we had a few weeks ago. The band called PULSO started things off with model Rob Mananquil on vocals, he's the boyfriend of Maxene Magalona. He's actually pretty good , a great prelude for what's about to happen in the show. Kris Aquino Still Winning At Her Game!

She's been called names, problematic, she failed a lot of times, switched different networks but she never backed out of a battle. Now she's doing it on her own. She's Kris Aquino and you like her, and sometimes you just don't want to admit it. I like her a lot and follow her story profusely. Her insane decision to actually go digital must have been a gamble, but now she's bearing the fruits of her labor. She's donning a Hollywood film (which the world is eagerly awaiting, I think there's another one after Crazy Rich Asians), she's had countless brands still believe in her and have her endorse it including iFlix, PLDT and Smart. 

If you remember that time when she was just starting to make content for her Facebook page, you must have watched (together with a couple million people eh?) that National Book Store video when she physically went to a branch and shopped for our love, Bimby. You could see how human she was, how she made an effort to choose the best pieces, get affordable ones and see how a rightfully pretty Mum wanted to shop for her own son's school supplies through the campaign they called "Kris Faves and Finds". It would have been weird to see a star of her stature actually do that but as in all those other things she does, we all relate to it in more ways than one.This was the work of KCAP Productions and people from The Huddle Room Media Inc. and true enough it didn't really come unnoticed.

They heard great news that their efforts in doing that campaign just got them a Bronze Winner Award at the BERLIN NATIVE ADVERTISING AWARDS for Best Use of Influencer. It's their first ever recognition from a European institution that recognizes media companies, brands, organizations, companies, agencies and studios engaged in producing native advertising around the world. That's something to celebrate about! Imagine how she bested a ton of other ones from other countries.

She's achieving so much in a span of a year, she's doing more and will still hold the title of Queen of All Media. Pretty soon, you'll see her back on TV, doing the things she loves because she's destined for it. Congratulations Ms. Kris! Congratulations to your KCAP Team and Huddle Room! You've done the country proud!

Bubble Gang Stages Musical On Their 22nd Anniversary

Has it really been that long? Yeah, I feel old all of a sudden. It's our favorite Gag show's 22nd anniversary, if you count that alone it's like an adult already but they're still dishing out jokes, skits, entertaining numbers every Friday on GMA. They must have felt it's time to actually do something different, something that they all have never done before, and this Friday they'll tell you a LAUGH story with the use of the songs of Parokya Ni Edgar who has encompassed and been loved by generations of Baby Boomers, Generation X, Y, Xennials, Millenials and just about anyone in the Philippines. We were there when they taped this two part episode a few days ago. 

Let me just tell you first, this was absolutely an awesome show! I saw Michael V, Kim Domingo, Paolo Contis, Mikael Daez, Betong Sumaya, Diego and the rest of the cast sing and dance all throughout the performance treating it like they've been doing theater already. If you see this all later, you would probably be one of the many people who would want to see this staged.

I also saw that Michael V was a big part of the production, he even made changes to the script and seeked the help of real theater directors in order to put this out there. We were not really allowed to take videos inside the studio but trust me, all these photos don't do justice with the show they're about to broadcast later at 10PM. Parokya Bentedos is also about a love story, but I don't want to spoil things so make sure you watch the first part later!

I extremely like Betong's character here as Michael V's Mom, his antics portraying that just had us laughing everytime she sings. The kind that would almost make you pee in your pants lol!

Juancho Trivino, Antonio Aquitana, Mikoy Morales are also in this musical. You might hate or love them in the end.
