AirAsia Philippines Starts Taiwan Routes

Not quite surprised because I think everyone expected that AirAsia can definitely fly to Taipei, Taiwan from their Clark Airbase operations. This happened last July 12 5:30pm via flight number Z2 5126 (and back on the same dates) as they will fly non stop on schedule TThS starting now.

It was witnessed by executives and AirAsia Philippines CEO Capt. Dexter Comendador, TECO Deputy Representative Minister James Chu, Clark International Airport Corporation President Alex Cauguiran and AirAsia Philippines Chairperson Maan Hontiveros during simple ceremonies at Clark International Airport in Pampanga.

From now until 2028 they plan to grow their fleet up to 70 jets from their current 20 so they could serve more destinations in the Philippines and other countries. This is how they pain the sky red, a lucky color indeed for what they deem as a nice way to introduce a great destination.

Come Dance with Swing Latino at Joy Nostalg

Dance professionals and enthusiasts from the Philippines are invited to Swing Latino Baila En Manila happening this July 17 at the Joy Nostalg Hotels and Suites in Ortigas, Pasig City. 

The famous Swing Latino from Cali, Colombia will conduct workshops from 1-2:30 PM for beginners and intermediate, 3:30-5 PM for the professionals and have a meet and greet at Joy Nostalgia Lounge in the evening 8 PM on the same day. 

Fees only cost Php 1,500 (beginners), Php 2,500 (advanced), but have huge discounts for students (800 and 1K respectively) so they could accomodate those who are learning even more. Tickets to the meet and greet only cost Php 500 inclusive of one drink so really, there is no excuse! They will be here with founder Madame Martha Lucia Montañez and famed dancers John Edward Valencia Sanchez, Harold Jhoan Moreno Rojas, Esteban Ramirez Velez, Valentina Mosquera Sandoval, Hellen Dahiana Alzate Rodriguez and Luisa Maria Vasquez Ocampo.

Beautizone Opens in Taguig

If you stroll along the line of restaurants along Upper McKinley Hill right in front of Tuscany Private Estates in Taguig City, there's a brand new salon and beauty center that just opened it's doors called BEAUTIZONE. Although it's pretty known for food and drinks, the district pretty much needs a place to get people to do their hail, nails, cut, color, even facials and massage so in a nutshell it all feels like a thriving community. If you've got a place to do these all, it becomes more wholistic and members don't have to go too far just to do these simple things.

To start off with a bang, Beautizone got Concert Queen Pops Fernandez and Asia's Total Performer Vina Morales to witness the occasion. We didn't hold back and interviewed them a bit before the actual program, she's still so down to earth.

Despite being so busy with their schedules and shows, Vina Morales and Pops Fernandez always see to it that they maintain their looks on screen so aside from their hair, make up and upkeep for the lovely mugs, they also spend time to take a break, have facials and massages so they can reset and go back to work still looking all gorgeous!

ONE UP Holds Major Concert at the Skydome

Call it crazy, but it's their time. Yes GMA's homegrown talented boyband One Up will finally be having their first major concert called "All In One Up" at the SM Skydome - SM North Edsa in Quezon City.

We saw them all in action this afternoon at Puradak Chicken in Timog Avenue where they held their press conference for the said event. This will be produced by Glon Prestige Productions and will be directed by Marvin Caldito. Their choreography will be done by Mark Benzon Pelota. I'm sure everyone is looking forward to their awesome covers, their new single SMILE plus tons of surprise guests. We heard artists like my boy Migo Adecer, Karlo Duterte, Sofia Pablo, Will Ashley and vixen Andrea Torres will be there so if I were you, I'd get tickets as soon as now!

You'll get to see them sing and dance, all in the flesh, make Kevin Sagra, Nikki Co, Brent Valdez, Joemarie Nielsen, Arjan Jimenez, Ralf King, Prince Clemente, Yasser Marta. Jay Arcilla and Dave Bornea serenade you just in that one night.

Yasser says "You'll get to see our different genres while we also sing group songs which you'll all love!"

Nikki Co adds "We'll have three on three battles, a capella, music, solo performances, all something different. We chose our songs, we met just for that."

Prince Clemente says "Our friendship started in starstruck, we fight like normal people but we still go back to gym the same way, we go to shows and bond when we can."

Kevin Sagra says "I am looking forward to the solos because that's where we will show our talent even more!"

Joe Marie adds "We workout, stay away from vices and get addicted to diet and gym just for this show."

Jay Arcilla on the other hand says "We workout because we may have topless parts, you'll get to see us in our best form. We also have the same type of girls." he said in jest.

Ralf King says "We want the truth, we can sing and dance live so we are giving that to the people. We want them to experience that."

Dave Bornea says "As of now we are getting more ideas for the show, we will be doing different things than what I did in Oh Boy Oh Lol so you have to watch out for that."
