Let’s Talk About Dreams and Your Valuable Time

Do you every dream owning your own home?

I do, but in this day and age, it’s just so difficult to fund your dreams, and sometimes you just feel it’s impossible. I have never lost hope because I don’t really have much dreams for myself, but more of for my loved ones who I feel deserve the best life can offer.

Being a blogger at this day and age isn’t easy. One whole day could mean I’d have to cover 4 events that take around 3-4 hours to do, to be in different locations in Metro Manila, then add to that the commute I’d have to endure from Quezon City, to Makati, to BGC and back - almost everyday just to keep you guys updated about the latest happenings in the metro. Who wouldn’t be insane with that kind of schedule then meet deadlines, people who ask favors plus providing for your own home. You would have learned that it would’ve been better if you lived nearby these cities than be pained to use public transport that is just as inefficient as ours in the country, many would’ve just given up just with the hours. Imagine how many hours I’ve wasted in traffic, just like any Filipino for that matter.

Nowadays, getting a loan in banks takes so long - and with the long hours I spend going to events and publishing them online, how in the world could I even breathe and consider making that huge step of getting a home loan for my family? Can you imagine what that would do in other usual banks? With the amount of time you sometimes need to get decisions, you’ll also lose the ability to secure that dream home, condominium or spot you’ve always wanted. I wouldn’t have known that there’s a better way to do it, saw online that PS Bank could actually approve loans in just 1 day!

Knowing that, I’d have to ask you now, what can you do in one day? I could write about 4 stories, drink 2 large cups of coffee, attend one event perhaps... PS Bank on the other hand could decide not just a loan, but your whole future. They are in the industry that helps, imagine how many families they would be able to get their own homes just because they’ve decided on it fast - how many properties can they choose with their realtors if that happened? Your guess is as good as mine. If it’s more efficient, you’re given a far better alternative than those banks that take ages to approve, I’d take their word for it.

They are a part of the well experienced Metrobank group, a solid banking corporation in this side of the globe. Try giving them a call or visit their website https://www.psbank.com.ph because it’s all there. My dream might become a reality because of it, give it a go!

No wasted time, that is priceless!

Bike to Save Lives at Rotary’s 100th!

Sunday, October 07, 2018

How do you spend 100 minutes and save lives?

I have asked this question to my self a couple of times, but have yet to figure out the answer. What can you do in one hundred minutes? For me maybe three blog posts, two edited videos, a grand breakfast, a short dinner or maybe a night out that turned sour. To each his own, I’m sure yours is a little different but let me ask, can you save a life in that amount of time?

On October 21 there will be a really good way to show your humanity together with the Rotary International District 3780 as they hold a fund raising cycling event called “100 Years of Inspiring People” at 6AM in ArcoVia in C5 Pasig City. They’ve particularly done well with their Polio cause a couple years ago but this time, they are helping the Philippine Society for Orphan Disorders to help get rid of Maple Urine Disease and Hunter’s Disease, which are little known killers silently happening across the nation. This event will have three activities namely the 100KM, 100 Minutes and the Amazing Race.

If you want to join, please call Efren at 09177272122 or email them at 100yearsofinspiringpeople@gmail.com or 100yearsofinspiringpeople on Facebook. It’s all there!

Fun at Moose Gear + Moose Girl Holiday PLAYCAMP

Walked right into a fun afternoon with kids and their families as they all participated in the Moose Gear + Moose Girl Holiday Play Camp at SM North The Block in Quezon City. It's an activity they designed for kids so they get a chance to learn how to model, dance and discover their talents even at an early age.

This is Moose Gear's way of cultivating the kids passion and fun after purchasing their high quality and fashionable Moose Gear and Moose Girl's apparel. They just released their holiday collection and this is a nice way to keep in touch with their market, the kids of course!

During the event, they had professional dancers teach the kids some really good dance moves, wherein after, they got them all on stage so they can dance in front of their families. I saw some proud parents taking photos and videos of their kids, they were even happier LOL!

They are also holding a search for the MG Holiday Endorser and all you have to do is post a photo of your kids wearing MG and answer why they should choose you to be their Holiday endorser. It will only be until November 5, they will get a chance to win MG lootbags and Kidzania passes (see Moose Gear on FB for more details).

Participants of the PLAYCAMP also got to meet Goin Bulilit kids Raikko Mateo,John Steven Guzman, Marc Santiago, Sophia Reola, Ashley Sarmiento, Chunsa Jung, Nhikzy Calma, Marco Masa, CX Navarro, Jana Agoncillo and Yesha Camille. They had two batches of kids in one day and it was really a fun and good experience for the kids who joined the workshop. If I were still in their age, I would have aced this. LOL

If you want to join too, follow their posts because information is all there!

8 Good Reasons Why You Should Watch TRES

Saturday, October 06, 2018

Saw the movie TRES this evening at Rockwell’s Powerplant Mall in Makati. I was there to meet a special person because I’ve heard they were going around cinemas to personally say hi to people. It’s a good work ethic and a good place to get to know them offline. Anyway I have that on video, and I want to make you to support the movie like I do, so here I am giving you 8 good reasons why you should watch the movie TRES.

1. It’s three movies in one. Three guys who have slight age differences can show you different views of the drug menace.

2. If you miss Bong Revilla, his three kids would be good representatives. He would be proud to see his boys on screen.

3. Bryan Revilla exudes machismo. If you like men who looks and breathes like him, he’s your guy. His tight action scenes would make you feel a little claustrophobic, but you’ll love how it’ll end.

4. Luigi Revillla is a millennial, he makes his action scenes easy because he’s got his martial arts background to take care of that.

5. Jolo Revilla is so close to Bong Revilla, you would ingest his scenes as if you’re watching his films in the past. Jolo moves like him, and if you’re fond of the cheesy romantic angles while in the middle of a shootout, that’s him.

6. They didn’t hold back on budget, they were shooting with real guns (blanks of course). They also got cars, mobile patrol vehicles and SUV’s explode.

7. You won’t know who’s an enemy, or who’s the good guy. It happened several times, it’s a nice thing to have to twist the story. So you get a little bit of drama, a little bit of suspense.

8. It’s a mix of corruption, vices, lies, crime and a little fun. You’ll love the action scenes, you’ll love the ladies, you’ll love Bryan, Luigi and Jolo on screen.

Here's a bonus, a video for all my readers :)

Go head on to theaters today and get a does of action with the Revilla brothers. Make sure you tag along your friends and family so you can analyze and try to predict how it ends, I didn’t sleep because it had fun and interesting parts placed nicely throughout the film. Look for it while you watch in theaters nationwide. This is produced by IMUS Productions and distributed by Star Cinema’s Cine Screen.
