Unboxing the JOYROOM JR T04S Wireless Earbuds

This literally came at the right place, at the right time. 

For those who know how I work, I need about two powerbanks, two phones, my earphones and editing software so I could upload videos on YouTube. I also need this for listening to audio interviews so I could encode it as statements in my blog. Aside from that, I need ear phones to also use for listening music so I continue to get inspired to write. I also need it for gaming because we all know how important it is to hear footsteps in PubG, also the warnings on Mobile Legends. I have been using the wired earplug type for approximately two weeks when the unimaginable happened, the cord just went ballistic on me and suddenly looked like trash after being folded a couple of times in my bag. The wired earphones was expensive, but it didn't quite last long, I felt sad about it.

My option was to get the Apple Airpods, but when we talk about budget constraints, it just throws it out of the options. It costs an arm, and a leg, and the whole head. It was obvious,  I needed wireless earbuds, and I needed one fast. Dropped by the Digital Walker Store and found these JOYROOM JRT04S Wireless Earbuds for less the price. Heck, you could literally but several of these for one of the Airpods, so this for me was the more viable option. I wanted to be practical, but I was so surprised that with this, I didn't feel I was shortchanged.

The box contains the unit, the earphone charger and USB micro cable.

The actual earphones sits snug on the dock. It lights up when charging in and out of the container. I used it for several hours and lasted me the day after, before I had to charge it again. You'll hear a constant beeping sound in ear when it's about to run out of juice. Easy to know when to do it.

The earphone itself has a clicker on the side which functions like a home or play button. It can pause or play your track or video on YouTube, no need to do it on the phone at all. I loved that part so much I used it to play mobile games too!

The Selfie Lord had to do it LOL... it's very minimalist, light to carry around in your pants or even your bag.

It fits snugly on my ear, I have a huge one and it felt just right for me. I looked happy just abusing it with music all day!

I even ran around the house, cooked while it was attached, it didn't drop or stop connection even if I was a bit far from my phone. It uses Bluetooth connection so you can know how far it goes.

The audio from this one is not much concentrated on BASS, it had the type with real sound. I had it on full volume and I didn't get annoyed with the things I heard from it, this might be the coolest gadget I have to date. I should have bought one ages ago! I mean, why didn't I think of that right?

When you double click it, you can use it for SIRI functions. If you press it longer, it goes to the previous track on the left, the next one on the right. Like a kid in a candy shop I was already thinking about who to give this to during Christmas, I have tons of techie friends who would appreciate it. It also works on my other phone which runs on Android so it isn't just limited to my iPhone. I really love it, especially that it only costs Php 1,390. I’ve tried all the variants and they’re all good. The best one for me is the White Peach because it’s got that same cream with a whiff of white peach flavor in it. For those who choose to stay in the classics, the Vanilla Custard is divine. If you’re a little adventurous, the charcoal flavor is might good and grainy (with health benefits too). If you’re a chocolate lover, try the variants with chocolate base on it, because with Beard Papa, you can’t really go wrong.

Kondo Yohdi and Joe Nakamura for ATHLETE: Shows September 25 in PH

We got to interview the stars of ATHLETE a film by Takashi Oe earlier today. Meeting Kondo Yohdi and Joe Nakamura was a pleasant experience especially since we do seldom meet international actors. 

Nakamura san says “I tried to match my persona and character to one of my friends, I used to work in the district and did this film. This is my first time here, but I hope everyone understands that this is about love, not about any nationality or country, it is never one way. I hope straight person would understand that. In the story it is hard because I have a daughter. I want them to understand it, so it would be easy to come out and open their heart. We are behind Asia, a little hard to accept truths, they try to tie it up in certain jobs like hairdressers, comedians, and never the family type men. I never made love with a guy before but I had to know and research about it, I watched brokeback mountain a couple of times. When I had this offer I already had many friends who are lgbt but this never changed me because I was already happy with them. I want to also work with Filipino actors. I want to work with Anne Curtis. I wanna go sea the beaches, ear more Filipino food and cultural places.” 

Kondo san says “I watched films in the past but I just wanted to focus on love. I don’t really concentrate on gender, for me, love is love. This is what role I wanted to do. It is different a situation, but this would get you to understand how it is in Japan, maybe fall in love with someone from Japan too. My character is going to do what he wants to make his partner happy. For them to know the real value of happiness. My generation is more accepting, but the older ones have to be more masculine and not understand it. Our bedscenes had to have breathing controls. This is my first time to act so I was nervous , but we didn’t think about the reception at all. It was a role and it had good reason to be told. Even if I am not gay and going to play a gay guy, it did not trouble us at all because we have friends who are lgbt and hope this helps them. I will not stop doing Youtube, we only have one life and I will do my best to upload more content even if I am busy with the acting job. I want to work and maybe do a superhero movie, but I have to learn Filipino and English first before I could do that.” 

They also have the Purple Beauty Team (Shigubi Purple) to help them promote the film. They will be performing with the PPOP generation tonight in Promenad Greenhills. They are Kimono dancers, all above 50 years old but they look young. 

This title has many meanings, but they are swimmers and something happened to the role of Joe Nakamura before the divorce started, so in a nutshell, things really started from them being an athlete. This will show only on September 25. This movie will only be seen in Robinsons Movieworld, exclusively!

FitLine Showcases Products in Beauty and Trade Show

Direct selling European giant PM International just showcased their FitLine products to the public via a trade show in Elements Centris Quezon City. 

They dubbed this as Rethro Fitness and it was fun seeing them utilize, take in FitLine Health, Wellness and Beauty Products so they can last all the activities they planned throughout the day. They were also joined by other merchants so there were things to shop for like shoes, bags, hair products from Herbatint, Omitosh Cassava Chips, Diabetamil diabetes nutrition, Skin Enhance products, Pru Life UK and their home grown native wares and accessories.

I guess they started off with something healthy, then they proceeded to a skin care health seminar and even a beauty session by a local make up artist. 

The FitLine products they showed us were called PowerCocktail and Restorate. The first of which, had few calories and sugar. It's a food supplement that's got B Vitamins, provitamin A, fiber, caffeine and trace element Selenium. Honestly it tastes like orange soda but it is flavored with Orange and Black Currant. Kapuso actresses Thia Thomalia and Kim Dominguez also graced the event and shared some of their lifestyle habits. They obviously work out, do yoga, and told us the value of sleep. They spend hours for work, even sleep on the set, they couldn't even make time for that but they do what they can in a day. They needed help so we asked the owner himself about it.
