Aiai, Kisses, McCoy and More for D'Ninang

Wednesday, January 08, 2020

Wow! Regal Entertainment Inc is bringing out a new film called D'Ninang this January 22, and yes it stars Aiai Delas Alas, Kisses Delavin, McCoy De Leon, Angel Guardian, Kiray Celis, Lou Veloso and a lot more.

GB Sampedro says "It's the first salvo of Regal Films, I hope you get to see this. I was nervous because some of them are only working for the first time. We put them together and felt like playing while on the set. It was just too tight to finish this before Christmas hence the January playdate."

Kiray says "I am Lorena, a pretty funny girl who always have something to say.  I learned from my Mom who was a former thief, in malls (she kids). I had a scene where they had to cover my mouth but I had colds that day. Everything was coming out, I was trying not to sneeze. My Ninong Bayani always says he gives me more than gifts every Christmas, he gives prayers most of the time and he attributes all the success I get now from that. My advice to people, not all material things matter. Prayers do wondrous things!"

Angel says "I play Sol here, a thief, who follows Aiai's footsteps. She does things, a little boyish. I have very generous Ninongs when I was a kid and I really enjoyed shopping."

McCoy says "I will be a little epal, comedic in some way. I had to interact with Criminology students to do this and had to not commit crimes. I had yo be on set early, but I am thankful for the experience doing this."

Kisses says "I am so thankful for all of our supporters. We are now trending in The Philippines on Twitter. I am always righteous, longed for a mom but finally meet her in these circumstances. I experienced riding a jeep, hang from the bars at the end and I haven't experienced that."

Aiai "I hope you continue to tell people of our movie. This is very simple, fun, and we have tons of young stars who gave their all. I play the Ninang here, leader of thieves, but when I found Kisses here, I was challenged to change. It was funny, very chill, we didn't have to force it to be funny because the material already is. I didn't talk to criminals but I remember a Yaya I had who took a lot of things from me. Ninang plays a lot in a life of a child, you get to be the person responsible in case something happens to the parents. I had to give a lot during Christmas, but of course the memories are priceless."

It's a fun film with family in the core, funny and yes, it's got your favorite stars in it. Go watch it and have a good laugh!

Martin and Pops Two-Gether Again!

Looks like they are back, Martin and Pops will be having a concert at the Theatre at Solaire on February 14, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, 2020. Finally the Concert King and Concert Queen are performing on stage and bring back the songs they used to sing in shows and Penthouse Live. People go crazy for that and hopefully, this will get you reminscing and see why they're the perfect pair to see at Solaire.

Pops says "No, we didn't have tension. I think we have surpassed that phase and we are now just enjoying our performances on stage. I was anxious and nervous during the first leg, but he made me at ease. Yes we are friends, all emotions, finally when, time heals all wounds. You really want to just better yourself, you never forget, but remember the good stuff and move on. It took a long time to be okay, like I said when you see your life I didn't mind my anger anymore. When I saw Santino, she was a sweet kid, it broke my heart. It changed my Outlook, everything had to change, and I am happy our Christmas was a great one. No matter what we go through in our lives, our music plays on. Nowadays we are not weird anymore. We don't discuss what we say or do before the show, it keeps us on our toes, we will be having several guests, perhaps try to fly in Kuya Robin. We will also have Rita Daniela and Ken Chan. Also the son of Yorme, Joaquin. Hopefully Ram too comes. I am more at home now, in the past I was filtered, checked, even my makeup. He doesn't comment anymore, we both matured even if we sing the same songs. We don't pretend, not playing with emotions anymore, we discovered we love performing together."

Martin says "If it's us, they still look for the 80's and 90's songs, love songs of their generation and ours. We had two legs, 8 cities for the first and 4 more for the second one. We did New York and Chicago the first time, of we were still together she would have been my manager. Nothing is forced on stage, working with Pops is automatic. They thought we blocked, and finish each others sentences. I follow her on IG, we know each other and see each other grow. For Pops, seeing her now, she is now a producer, as performer, I wanted to be part of her restart. She stood on her own, still have time to do all these businesses and the fans want to see us perform again. My job for this whole thing is bring her back on stage, we never discussed payment, she just gives and no question anymore. (He kids). The whole modern family happened, the kids and Pops were there. Women have the choice, women had the burden. Pops never badmouthed me, she really raised the kids well and they too did a good job. We will change a couple of songs in those dates, the banter will be there. We are very honest now, we even look away naturally when I sing the parts (when I make love to you). We owe it to the fans to keep this alive."

Save it for the show, you're bound to be so happy to see them. Tickets are available on Ticketworld 88919999. This is produced by Starmedia Entertainment and DSL Events and Production House. It is copresented by PLDT, Farlin Baby Products, Zim Cleanser, Nurture, Debt Aid Consulting International, Doin Thai, Asian Fusion Cuisine and other sponsors.

Alden Richards Birthday Bash at Enchanted Kingdom

Monday, January 06, 2020

GMA just got the people over at Enchanted Kingdom so happy as they got your favorite Kapuso Stars to perform live on stage as they make dreams come true! This is also sort of a celebration of Alden Richards' birthday, so his friends came in and joined the fun!

One Up went up and did several cover songs, danced for them too. It's been a while since we have seen them together, but they have been doing separate projects recently. Nikki Co, Yasser Mata, Jay Arcilla, Brent Valdez, Dave Bornea also serenaded single women in the crowd.

Isabella Ortega sang her heart out in an OPM number, she's a pretty good singer ha. Very pretty too. Thia Thomalia also danced to the tune of Señorita and a couple of the latest hits, they also promoted The Gift which they also do with Alden Richards. Jason Abalos followed suit, he did several shows on GMA and will have more of it this 2020. He gave time to have selfies and videos with fans this evening, he's a charmer.

Jon Lucas, Paul Salas and Prince Clemente got on their feet and did a medley of 90's dance hits, people enjoyed that part. They also promoted their upcoming show Descendants of the Sun PH which will premiere soon! They wished Alden a very happy birthday before they went down to greet the crowd. Then my boy the good looking Kristoffer Martin serenaded them again with an OPM song, girls went wild when he approached them on the bleachers!

Then the one and only bae Alden Richards came out to entertain the crowd, he's been doing this for several years now to give his closest fans a huge Thank You for the love he's getting. We have it on video so enjoy!

I am personally so happy for him and what he has achieved this year, his hard work really bore fruit and he is raring to have an international project this 2020. Also, he was keen on having a relationship as he feels he's not getting any younger. Stay blessed Alden! You've got more coming your way!

You Can Pay It Forward With PayMaya

Sunday, December 29, 2019

It's been a while, but I'm sure you've been using your PayMaya to buy stuff online, order food and purchase load so you stay connected with your loved ones. Apart from the convenience it brings, paying via PayMaya is also more rewarding because we get to enjoy cashbacks and exclusive deals for our transactions. I particularly like paying via PayMaya QR as I get 1%, 10%, or even 100% cashback every time I pay.

This holiday season, PayMaya is not only giving us cashbacks, they’re also giving us the opportunity to give back. Recently, they launched their #PayMayaItForward campaign, a social movement that encourages everyone to pay it forward by doing random acts of kindness to the people around them, even strangers.

You can pay it forward in simple ways like treating your building’s security guard for coffee or paying for the bills of your parents at home. These simple acts of kindness will surely make an impact once you pass it on to more people.

What’s PayMaya’s own act of kindness, you may ask? You know the 1%, 10%, 100% cashback you receive whenever you pay via PayMaya QR? Well, in this season of giving, they’re actually matching that cashback with a donation to Gawad Kalinga’s SEED (School for Experiential and Entrepreneurial Development).

SEED helps out youth from underprivileged communities so they can further their studies in technical education and skills training. They put importance to create social enterprises so they can develop rural areas and their communities. Isn't that a nice thing to know that you’re able to help other people by simple purchasing through PayMaya?

Pay It Forward this holiday season with the help of PayMaya. If you don’t have an account yet, download the app now and sign up using my code: KUMAGCOWPYMY to instantly get P50 in your account.

You also have promos and perks with your PayMaya, just visit https://www.paymaya.com/deals because the other offers are listed there!
