Keeping Your Liver Healthy

Sunday, May 31, 2020

It's times like these when you sit down and think about what's important, we all got a dose of reality that it is health.

How do we effectively take care of our physical health? Our well-being? How about digestive health? People have long forgot about how to take care od the liver where important proteins, vitamins, energy and minerals are stored and made. The thing also filters out harmful toxins from the body and if it gets compromised, it's going to take a toll on our body. One should take it more seriously.

A care package filled with gut loving products, it's time to take care of your liver and digestion!

What's good is, many of these severe liver diseases can be prevented or treated if it is detected early. We just need to act on it, supply necessary help so liver complications do not happen.

We wouldn't want people to experience chronic fatigue, abdominal pain, jaundice, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite or a tendency to get bruised easily. A proactive approach is caring for it which means living a healthy lifestyle, good diet and exercise.  These are things that would lessen the chance for it to happen.

To support efforts, some people take (Phospholipids) Essentiale® Forte P which contains purified EPL® (Essential Phospholipids). It is extracted from natural food made with precise technology from Germany. Essentiale is an over the counter treatment which makes it accessible and clinically proven to strengthen liver health by promoting the repairing function and regeneration of liver cells. Well hallelujah!

You can add it up with digestive healthcare solutions like (Bisacodyl) Dulcolax for constipation relief (we all go through that right?) (Hyoscine N-Butylbromide) Buscopan for stomach aches and abdominal cramps (oh you know these ladies!) and Erceflora Probibears for your child’s overall digestion instead of those sweetened drinks which stocks run out in the groceries.

Last May 29, the whole world celebrated World Digestive Health Day (#WDHD2020) and companies like Sanofi invites you to help spread awareness on proper digestive health. Go show your support by sharing your stories on the internet while using the hashtag #LetsTalkAboutGutFeelings.

Good Things About the realme Band

Just got my hands on the new realme Band.

It's the new fitness wristband released by realme just a couple of months ago. It's got a very attractive display, not too complicated to set up because it only has one function button. It gets synchronized with your phone so your vitals get checked, updated real time. Compared to a few fitness watches I've had, this one is very affordable. It also has several functions which you could compare to leading watch brands - and is quite easy to operate. It also automatically detects sports modes wether you're doing runs, cricket or yoga. It also measures your heart rate with its sensors, quite nice for those who would want to still stay active under weird days like what we have now.

I've often see this with active people, pretty much to pair and monitor progress. It gives you and idea how to manage physical activities which I also did at home. Here's a short unboxing video I made of the realme Band.

Straps come in different colors and the watch faces can be changed in 5 different designs. I chose the default one because it's already good looking especially since it's got a colored display.

It's also waterproof, can stay submerged for a little under 30 minutes. I've taken it to shower several times and it hasn't gone kaput with the batteries since charging it three days ago. It's pretty efficient, needs not much of cleaning because it gets gently wiped when I go out or workout and all sweaty LOL! Best of all, you can purchase it online, some in flash sales on Lazada so you get it cheaper than the usual price.

For practical runners, athletes that don't need complicated stuff, you can simply get one and use it as you please. It doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg to work. realme just gave you good options!

Last Day To Get Php 150 OFF On Your Phone Bills

Just a few days ago, I told you how to get 100 pesos off your PLDT bill and 50 pesos off your Smart Postpaid bill. I am here to let you know, that it is the last day to get your vouchers as a form of Balik Bayad when paying bills through PayMaya.

All you had to do is pay for it through the app as cashless transactions are made easier with it and after that, you'll get a notification that you're getting a voucher in return. I have proven this myself by paying for my PLDT landline and Smart Postpaid plan recently, then got the vouchers a few minutes after that. I can use the funds for other things like food and supplies especially as ECQ is upon us.

It's even easy to claim a voucher on the app!

Don't say I didn't tell you about it, because this isn't the first time I'm writing about it. Ha! They're practically giving money and all you had to do is pay your bills conveniently. (Just follow the steps to qualify for it)

Who wouldn't want that to happen right?!

Billie Eilish and Takashi Murakami for Uniqlo UT

Saturday, May 30, 2020

I love Billie Eilish. Let's get that out in the open. She's weird, she's different, and yes she's cool. Now among the brands that opened up shop after ECQ is UNIQLO, clothing is essential and I think it is apt for them to do so. Apart from servicing tons of people, they're coming out with a whole new collection specifically Billie Eilish and well known designer and artist Takashi Murakami.

For those who don't know, Takashi Murakami does artwork, paintings, sculptures, which usually imply influence of post wat Japanese culture. He also manages different artists and organizes huge art fairs in Tokyo and other Japanese prefectures.

The shirts of course look like Bille Eilish's staple clothes, a bit oversized, huge prints and in funky colors. If you wanna channel Billie as an artist, this would be the right way to go.

I've seen it on the shelves in the mall but I didn't get photos of it. I was busy with the groceries but I'll go back a few days from now and get some for me. I like these a lot and wish I had a thinner profile. It would look better, but as long as you can carry it you'll be fine!

Go cop a few in UNIQLO stores, they're open already!
