Help a friend with PayMaya

Tuesday, September 08, 2020

These days it’s been really hard to move especially when there’s quarantine protocols to follow and the pandemic shows no signs of slowing down. It’s dangerous outside and social distancing has only been the proven way of stopping this, a real bummer huh?!

Now I know most of you have friends and family. Sometimes you feel that they need help, but most of them don’t ask outright because they’re really too shy to do so. I’ve been doing this in my capacity, not that much but I hope in some way or form, it could actually help. If you haven’t used PayMaya all these years, you might want to do that now. The app is pretty handy in sending money to other PayMaya users, and I’ve received payments with it too. Some don’t actually know PayMaya can send to bank accounts via Instapay and Smart Padala agents which is available nationwide. It also has the ability to send money to PeraHub branches (all 3,000+ of them) so even if they don’t have a PayMaya account, they can simply receive it that way.

The PeraHub branch just needs you to fill out a transaction slip, a valid ID and a small fee for the transaction. Recipients will get a text message which contains the reference number and voila! That’s as easy as that to transfer funds now. What that means is that they can simply go to a PeraHub branch near them to get the funds, to at least get a little help from you. A little something to show you care.

That’s priceless.

Your Home Awaits at Tagaytay Highlands

It's certainly a very tough time for all of us as the pandemic ruffles all our feathers, tests our patience and seek time for prayers. People right now are at the comforts of their homes or looking for a more quiet space away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making their once weekend vacation houses into permanent homes. I've been to Tagaytay Highlands quite a few times already and it sounds like a great idea to live there.

Tagaytay Highlands is a mountain-resort themed estate blessed with majestic views of Mt. Makiling, the Canlubang Valley, Laguna de Bay and Taal Lake. The place is not just a weekend retreat, it has evolved into a place to build your dream home and it has for a lot of people. Its huge lots, Swiss Alps reminiscent log cabins and large units are made to endure years, perfect place to create those happy memories with family and friends. Tagaytay Highlands has always been like that. Exclusive, yes, but it feels so much like home.

Tagaytay Highlands has always been managed well. They employ high security standards which enable residents and guests have a safe place. They also launched clean-up and repair operations this January where major roads, driveways, golf courses, landscapes and other common areas were rehabilitated, fixed and repaired. It's why the place remains in pristine condition before the pandemic happened. I've had memories with family gatherings, weddings, events in The Spa and Lodge, the Tagaytay Highlands Golf Course, dining places and the Sports Center which comprise the major facilities of this place.

This makes it a dream safe haven for homeowners and guests. It remains to be one of the few communities with low-density populace and wide-open spaces plus clean mountain air. I envy those who get to live there everyday.

The place also enforces stringent health and safety standards as they follow measures mandated by government health authorities. Residents and guests are encouraged to do frequent handwashing, wear face masks and shields outside their homes. They are also to observe social distancing. Property employees continue to be monitored closely and undergo non-contact thermal scanning upon entering the property. Temperatures are again checked at all main entrances,  canteen and offices employ two-meter distance for employees to keep everyone safe.

The same goes with management, staff, security and technicians of the Tagaytay Highlands as they continue to provide services to homeowners, guests and members. This makes it one of the nicest place to be in. A safe place to stay, with stunning views and people who care. You might want to live there too.

Results are in from the recent Second Round GR Supra GT Cup Asia Philippines conducted by Toyota Motors Philippines. This is their first e-Motorsports program and top players for Sporting Class and Promotional Class donned their racegears once again to see who gets the podium finish in this year's outing.

Hundreds of them participated this year and burned rubber at the Autopolis International Racing Course virtually driving Toyota's very own GR Supra. They had to go through rigorous qualifying rounds and do the finals heat for them to be able to see who remains supreme!

In the end, they got a mix of old and new faces. Some unexpected, some proving the world is really round. The Sporting Class was won by Luis Moreno while Second and Third place was taken by Miguel San Mateo and Terence Lallave of whom are all new to this game. The Promotional Class was conquered by JB Cruz and Second and Third Place went to Lance Guballa and Lance Padilla.

This coming September 26, they will be having a third and final round where Round 2 points will get 1.5 multipliers while double points will be done on the latter. Registration is now open over at Toyota.com.ph/gtcup and if they get overall championship from their scores, they'll have a chance to represent the country in the Asian Regional Championships on October. The Empowered and Radiant Regine Tolentino

Saturday, September 05, 2020

Just got off the press conference with the newest Radiance C brand endorser Ms. Regine Tolentino. A mother of 3, this actress, certified physical instructor and jack of all trades still looks and feels like she’s in her prime, probably because she is  really taking good care of herself. The brand she's endorsing called Radiance C is new in the market; it has tons of vitamins and minerals, anti oxidants, and even collagen. It also is also available in all Watsons stores.

She says “Looking and feeling beautiful is effortless when it comes from within. I just gave birth and honestly it was traumatic for me and I talked to lots of doctors because I might have had post partum depression, good thing I had my children and Dondi was there to help and support me. It was comforting my family was there, I also pray with them and do novenas every once in a while. It brought our family together, closer, and we are raising a new child despite being very busy. I ask myself what I can do everytime to look and feel my best even if we didn’t have any events, I sort of let go during my pregnancy to enjoy it so I didn’t do anything. Now I move, dress up and take care of my self. I also started watching my favorite people,  my mentors who motivate me. I also joined classes, do fitness routines and dress up even if I didn’t fit in them. I also did it to make me feel alright. Then I wore better clothes, did diet, started cooking, cleaning the house together with my kids, a holistic approach to get back there. I had support, in some way, I need to be more vain to look and feel my best, it's about self love and self care. That is my goal, and I’m getting there slowly but surely.”

She adds “We were so scared everyday to go to the hospital, it was very stressful for me. It was a trying time for me, and all the frontliners that I see. It was a struggle because we were experiencing all the things together. We just made sure we are careful and sometimes do get overly protective. My mind was exploding thinking about the scary time during pandemic. We just had to deal with it and pray, yes a lot of tears, but it made us stronger as a family. Everything changed and we are all exploring so many things business wise that time. We had to make changes. Now you can survive and have parties and events online. You just all have to learn how to embrace the new normal. My Mom, my Aunt, we have cancer in our family so I am making sure I live a healthy lifestyle so I can live and enjoy my kids longer. I am so glad my kids are naturally smart and they are the ones suggesting things for our safety, and that includes staying at home during the pandemic. I am turning 42 in two days and I am proud to have accomplished a lot. To always stay strong and have goals. I tell my kids to do what makes them happy and I will support them 100%.”

She also reiterated “I love Radiance C! It’s anti aging, and also helps nourish you and your skin. Radiance C has been a good thing for me and my family. I hope people would be able to try it now that it’s available in Watson’s.”

Radiance C gives that smooth radiant glow on your skin, gives you relief in some forms of allergies, and a relaxing sleep. This also makes your body stronger against illness and disease. This has Calcium Ascorbate for Vitamin C, Quercetin which is an antioxidant, NAC which is a glutathione booster, Selenium for anti aging and anti cancer,  Vitamin D3 for stronger bones, Calcium Carbonate for heart and added bone health. This is FDA approved and is made in the US. If you're looking for extra stuff to protect yourself from getting sick, and still be pretty, this might be the best one for you. I took it today and felt cute!

To know more, visit their parent company lifestrong.com.ph and they've got other stuff you can use daily. Again, they are also available in Watson's! Who knows, you could become the next Regine Tolentino eh? :)
