This will happen from December 15-21 and this means all Toyota owners will have Periodic Maintenance (PM) or Express Maintenance at up to 40 percent off on Toyota Genuine Motor Oil- Mineral Grade. So head on to all Toyota dealers and service centers so you can avail of this promo.

For those who don't know, they just concluded the Php 10 Million blowout promo where 10 winners got to enjoy Php 100,00 cash rebates via their Live Life on the Safe Side Promo. They got deals that offer low payment structures and pay light options aside from the usual discounts they give customers nationwide. For owners of Wigo (2014-2015), Vios (2002-2015), Innova (2005-2015), Fortuner (2005-2015), Hilux (2005-2015) can avail the Change Oil and Filter Package at a discounted price. This is going to be available til December 29, 2020. GLOBE Warms Hearts with #ChristmasWeLove Live Pop-Up

This year, we all experienced our ups and downs. The pandemic has made us all crazy and aware of what is happening around the world. We saw how we cared for each other, help out friends and family while we are all confined at the comfort of our homes. Globe knows how hard these days are, so they thought of something cool to do during this season. They just launched #ChristmasWeLove, a series of live digital pop-ups featuring fun activities designed to get the holiday spirit started in the Philippines. Oh yes, they were all good! This also feels like they're letting us experience Christmas even if we're all apart.

For starters, they did a Carol-oke Night with some of the greatest singers in the Philippines. They got Morissette, Darren Espanto, Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos to perform. Globe's Consumer Business Head Issa Guevarra-Cabreira says “This year may be a little tough, but we at Globe are trying to make holidays fun so we can feel the Christmas spirit. With our #ChristmasWeLove Live Pop-Ups, we hope to send each other love even at the comfort of our own homes”.

This event was all done on Globe's Facebook page and viewers were all encouraged to dedicate the numerous songs they had to their special someone. They also did a Holi-Game Showcase last December 4 for MMFF as they are a huge part of why the festival was also done this year. You can actually buy tickets via GMovies and it was very easy to actually do it. They also did a Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) themed Quiz Night last December 11 with some of the entries stars, it was so fun to watch them all online. There will be a K-Pop Kristmas event on December 21 so make sure you get to watch that too on their social channels. AXN Originals Show Strength Amidst Trying Times

AXN on Cable TV was a lifesaver during the pandemic because it kept everyone at home busy while the world was trying to solve COVID-19. They didn't shortchange from a content standpoint and instead have come out with ground breaking shows that are all original, catering to a multitude of cultures, and the whole region. 

 

Shows like AXN All Stars showcased the different talents of AXN's biggest stars which was presented by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Indonesia. World stars like Afgan, Michael Bolton, Cosentino, Cyril Takayama, David Foster, Anggun and Mel C performed and was also streamed through AXN's Facebook page and YouTube Channel. Aside from that, they recently showed PROJECT GO together with GoDaddy to discover and mentor startups and entrepreneurs in the Philippines. We actually got to interview some of them a couple weeks ago when the reveal of the Final 4 happened. The show is hosted by Maggie Wilson, and judged by the Tung Brothers of Ligo Sardines Corp, Rappler's Bea Cupin and GoDaddy's Tina Hsieh. They also did Asian Dream which I followed religiously during lockdown in Manila. It's a singing competition hosted by Asia's Phoenix Morisette Amon where they pitted 7 singers from different countries in Southeast Asia for a once in a lifetime opportunity to perform with Grammy award winner Michael Bolton and tour with him around the world. The winner also got a Subaru car since it is presented by the same brand. Manila's very own Karl Zarate was my bet that time but he didn't get to win, it was so fun to see they did this very original reality show on AXN. 

Aside from these, they also teased more content in the coming months as AXN and KC Global Media Asia will be coming out with even more orignal shows here and the other networks they are affiliated with. Two of them will be coming out on the first quarter of 2021 so make sure you're tuned in on these channels and KC Global Media Asia's website www.kcglobalmedia.com.

Who's that HIPON?

Social media has been flooded with images that are supposed to be seen in summer. Tons of Hipons bare mounds and mounds of Spicy OISHI Prawn Crackers on hand and funky dance moves over at Tiktok, IG and even on Facebook. What is this? Where did it come from? Why?

His name is HOT HIPON, the newest influencer around town and he's been making the moves noticed via the #HOTtawChallenge which he also did with celebrity friends (yes he's got that hooked) namely Rayver Cruz, Riva Quenery, Maverick Legaspi, Ruru Madrid and Gabbi Garcia. There are actually more, but for starters, the #1 spicy seafood snack in the Philippines is just inviting you to join in the craze by doing the same thing on your social channels. There will be a huge face reveal to see who this guy is, so now go to TikTok and Instagramthen tag @hothipon so he knows what you're doing. There's an AR for it too, so those who feel like being a hipon for a day, it'll be doubly easy. 

While you're at it, go chomp on the Spicy Oishi Prawn Crackers and see how it makes your moves even hotter. I did, but not dance, I ate them all LOL!
