More Surprises These Holidays on WIlbert Tolentino's VLOGS

 

 

It's almost Christmas and with the country celebrating the longest one in the world, good news are still coming despite the pandemic. The lovely decorations and trees abound, and as the country fights COVID-19, some choose to spread good vibes and happiness. He's a very well known guy in the entertainment circuit. He's a former Mr. Gay World titlist, businessman and philanthropist, he is Wilbert Tolentino. Recently, he launched his new vlog and currently, it has about 300,000 subscribers. Under the name Wilbert Tolentino VLOS, he features entertainment, stories of love, life, charity work, tons of fun and games. He calls his community "Kafreshness" and with good reason, he actually wants you to be part of his YouTube journey.  

Aside from that, he was able to also collaborate with some of the country's most entertaining set of people. He also hosts debates with some of the funniest queens in his clubs, and also takes time to put a part of his earnings to help communities and also feature local celebrities. He's been very active the past couple of days and has been uploading quite consistently. He's just starting though, so brace yourselves for more.

Wilbert says "This is exactly why I did vlogging in the first place, to spread joy, entertainment so I could make people trapped in their homes to laugh a little, maybe more. We all have our anxieties during this pandemic, just putting a smile in their faces makes me feel great!"

He shares "I have survived severe pneumonia from COVID-19 but I wanted to offer assistance to my fellow men through this medium. The calamities, the pandemic, and lack of employment these days might get people depressed, so in my own way, I'd want to encourage them and give hope. I also would like to bring them together and look for different ways of entertainment. My dream is to also get social media personalities from different platforms and recognize them via "The Philippine Influencer Awards 2021" whom I'd like to happen in the near future (in the pipeline). Sanicare Mark PASCO in Three Island Groups

It's almost Christmas and I'm sure by this time, you've seen some products on the shelves that you don't know how it was made or where it came from. If you've seen Sanicare on the Bathroom Tissue, Baby Wipes and Paper Towel isle, then those actually come from SCPA (Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc.). This year was tough for all of us including the employees of the said company, but they realized it was very important for them to still push through with their annual Christmas party so they can share blessings with their employees, and their families especially through these tough times. 

Instead of the usual physical events, they did it online for the safety of everyone. During the event, they got local recording artist, record producer and DJ Silverfilter to write an original song for the company these holidays called "PASCO". In it, they featured their  own products, a God centric theme as thanks to the creator. They held a music video competition and used this to showcase Filipino culture and hope for the communities they serve.

As you can see, they made a lot of effort in making these videos to showcase individual talent, their workplace, and regional fare. They also made these while observing health protocols which they also employ in their offices and plants. It's such a nice thing to do, not just to entertain their employees, but to see a sense of normalcy which soon, we hope to have in the whole country.

I just got off the event of RedDoorz as they just announced that most of their properties are officially certified by Hygiene Pass, the new clean promise for Filipino travelers. It was attended by Miguel Capistrano III the RedDoorz Philippines Country Manager, Dr. Renzo Guinto their Hygiene Pass Public Health Consultant and Kean Cipriano, an actor, musician, songwriter, and RedDoorz Hygiene Pass Advocate.

RedDoorz has been in the Philippines since 2018 and with standardized service guarantees in the whole of Asia, they provide really affordable stays in hotels, homes, with the assurance you get what you pay for. They have amenity kits, air conditioners, 24/7 service, water heater, wifi, TV and mineral water. The Philippines is the second biggest market of RedDoorz next to Singapore who has been doing this for years. Unfortunately now, there has been a deep decline in hotel stays and a slump has been felt during the pandemic. They made sure to study what is happening and found out a few matters to get things back to normal. Hygiene for example should be a priority, and this is how they got Hygiene Pass to certify their properties. This means they follow WHO and DOT protocols and public safety measures. They want to make sure rooms are clean and sanitized, their people are tested, implement the measures for all their renters, and put that the certification so guests are assured to stay safe. With it, they got the Hygiene Pass certified hotels available on the app.  They have worked with Dr. Renzo Guinto as their consultant.

Dr. Renzo Guinto says "This pandemic made us realize how public health is so important. You usually see doctors for curative purposes and not prevention, this is my role and we want to make sure that people go to the hospital when they need to. Now hospitality establishments are now into health, more than ever before. We help train assessors so properties across the country would check these properties and assert if they abide by the rules and standards of the company. Having been a customer of RedDoorz, I personally saw how the standards are implemented in the real world. Hygiene Pass gives a positive signal for travelers, so they get assured and guarantee that the place they are taking refuge has passed standards. Lobbies have thermometers, a safe place in the middle of the pandemic. This means they are not just a hotel business. To be honest, it's really different to do this inside our homes, the pandemic is really hard because of the different landscape. I am optimistic that 2021 will be different and hopefully we can learn from the procedures and things we are implementing in Hygiene Pass. I actually take care of my kids, we don't have help, I take them on trips and at work even for gigs and meetings. When I stayed in a RedDoorz property, I made sure my family is safe, it's like when you stay in one, you'll be familiar with any RedDoorz property. For me, this campaign is just something to be thankful for. Hypertension runs in the family and so does the greater population in the country. Thing is, you can actually have this condition for years and never even feel it - which makes it quite dangerous as it could cause more health problems including heart disease.
