HYUN BIN and SON YE JIN Star in Smart Ad

 

Valentines Day became even more special for fans of K Drama Kings and Queens Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin. The two stars of Crash Landing On You topbills Smart Communications advertisement for their promotion of Smart's 5G connection where you can indeed get more with the fastest connection. 

 This was something that Smart executives hinted when they came out with the Hyun Bin ad a couple months back as they really didn't want him to be lonely. Today was a nice day to fulfill that.

As of this writing, the video has garnered half a million views in almost 24 hours, pretty strong showing. The power of 5G marks Smart's latest offering of the fastest upload and download speeds on mobile and as they roll out the technology to different parts of the country. Pretty soon, more 5G phones will come out and the connection will be ready for it.

Scenes from their show also were shown on the ad, and that might tie in on data packages they will offer with Netflix wherein that show is shown in the Philippines. DAVID BECKHAM Leads AIA Ambassador Programme

Looks like the man with the golden food David Beckham is making his mark in Asia as he puts his efforts with AIA to help more people to live healthier, longer, better lives. He's connecting with health and wellness ambassadors from Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines through the AIA Regional Ambassador Programme and start driving more individuals to their platform.

There will be different activities aimed to impriove their physical and mental well being and do this here and in other AIA markets across the globe so more of us could attain their goals beyond 2021. David says "I’m excited to get involved with the Regional Ambassador Programme for AIA. This will make it possible for me to share my own personal health and wellness journey even during the pandemic. Through these diverse voices across the region, we could bring more relevant content for people in Asia to drive small changes that can impact their well-being. Zack Snyder’s Justice League on HBO GO

 

For those who are fans of the DCEU (DC Extended Universe), this comes as real good news. Your favorite heroes are back in their finest form in new movie Zack Snyder’s Justice League. If you've been following the whole brouhaha how bad the 2017 film was and what injustice it got in the box office lol, this is a breather. The original director who unfortunately quit during post prod because of family matters is back in the helm and doing it with his vision.This will be shown on HBO GO (oh yes the app!) which is available in the Philippines. It will premiere the same time as it is in the US. No need for VPN or a US Credit Card to do it now. This will happen on March 18, 2021, a Thursday. 

Heroes you say? It'll be Batman Ben Affleck, Wonder Woman Gal Gadot, Aquaman Jason Momoa, Cyborg Ray Fisher and The Flash Ezra Miller.

They'll be having some pretty stuff opponents named Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid. Of course they have their minions too. So as early as now, go download the HBO GO app on the App Store or Google Play Store. You can also watch this via hbogoasia.com, Cignal, and smart streaming devices. I'm glad I already have subscription, so all I need is to wait for it.

Will this be loyal to the story? Or will it be an entirely different take than what's seen on comics? This is after all DCEU, and hopefully, fans won't be disappointed.

Globe Does Drive-in Concert on Valentines Day

No plans yet for Valentines day? Well if figures, it's not that easy to do so because of the pandemic. Understandable, but hey, don't you worry because Globe plans to make your Valentines day even sweeter. Fancy a concert? If so, they're inviting you and all your friends or family to come to the 30th Street Open Parking in Bonifacio Global City. They are going to hold Globe’s Love Street Drive-in Concert. This will be on February 13, 2021 and is brought to you by Globe and BGC.

Who's playing? The lineup includes your OPM artists KZ Tandingan and Rico Blanco. KZ has been a phenomenal performer who wowed tons of other artists in China and Asia whilst Rico Blanco, also equally talented, is rock icon and a great musician/artist. If you're up to it, they're going to sing tons of songs of love, romance, to get you in that valentines mood.
