Mariane Osabel and Vilmark Viray Sign with GMA Music

The promising acts and voices from The CLASH 2021 just recently signed with GMA Music. Mariane Osabel and Villmark Viray

She says "I can finally say that I'm part of GMA Music, I am so blessed and thankful for the trust they gave me. In my previous interviews I always told reporters about my wish of singing with Ms Lani Misalucha. My first viral song on YouTube was actually her song, I did hope that she was able to watch it and later on, I was able to sing with her together with the other The Clash hopefuls. I'm glad that in competitions, even if people didn't win, they are still getting opportunities. I'm dedicating this all to God, my family, my supporters. They've been there when I was just beginning and I'm glad that they're still doing it til now. I needed their motivation all these years, my success is something that I dedicate to them. When I joined The Clash, I was just starting at work because I just recently graduated. It's life changing to win the competition, and the projects and opportunities that I got are tremendous. I bought my own cellphone because they know my phone was broken during The Clash as it had a broken screen and I was still carrying it around normally. I know this isn't going to be easy but I hope I am going to be able to pursue my dreams now that I've won the Clash."


Villmark Viray says "I am so overwhelmed doing this, I didn't expect it. I'm an engineer and was working fulltime, and I think God gave me this chance to be part of GMA Music. My dream collab is still with Julie Anne San Jose. Aside from her talent, she was genuine as a Clash Master, and I hope I get to still work with her. I am thankful to God and my family, when I tape episodes in GMA they always were there including my supporters. They even send me food at home and I'm really thankful for what I'm achieving now and in the next few years. Honestly, signing with them wasn't in my plans but in just one snap God changed my plans and I'm excited to produce songs and hopefully release singles soon. I plan to save for my future, I might end up quitting work or purchase something from my savings. I'm excited to have gigs not just in other parts of the country but worldwide."

Villmark is actually an Electrical Engineer and Mariane was starting at work since she just recently graduated. Because they signed with GMA Music, this might be the start of something big for the two. They will surely be successful as they are very talented individuals. Can't wait to see them in their respective concerts soon!

MYRTLE SARROSA Renews Ties with SISTERS

I love seeing Myrtle Sarrosa who made waves after winning PBB, and now being part of GMA's Sparkle management. The young creator and superstar cosplayer just recently signed with SISTERS Sanitary Napkins under Megasoft Hygienic Products Inc. She was so happy to have heard the news that they were renewing her contract but have shown even before that if her contract expires, she will always be a part of SISTERS and their causes. You see before the pandemic, they've been advocating female health and hygiene visiting schools and communities to teach them all about it.

For those who don't know, Myrtle is not just an accomplished actress, she's also graduated Cum Laude at the University of the Philippines in Diliman. According to Ms. Aileen Choi Go, Megasoft’s Vice President for Sales and Marketing "It was an easy decision to renew ties with Myrtle for Sisters as she embodies what Sisters Feminine Care stands for which is "School is Cool". She's a role model for young girls, teens, women who prioritize education, finishing it, and juggle the demands of acting and work all these years. Our projects including talks on feminine hygiene took a turn while we were in the pandemic. This is why we resorted to doing it online and worked with Myrtle too in creating content for it."

Here's the part wherein we asked questions about what steps they took to take care of their employees during the pandemic.

Myrtle adds "I really miss the face to face events that we do in different parts of the Philippines, but I'm glad to have been able to do virtual meets arranged by Sisters whole team. They get really excited and I'm glad that we'll continue to do this as restrictions ease. I can't wait to get back doing school tours."

All of these are what Megasoft Hygienic Products Inc. want to do in the next few months. They are still aiming to provide essential hygiene products for every Filipino.

SING GALING To Do Back to Back Finale at THE MANILA METROPOLITAN THEATER

It was so fun to have been able to go out and cover events again. As restrictions ease in Manila, TV5 invited us to the grand dame of theaters, The Manila Metropolitan Theater. This place was officially opened last year and this is officially the first time that a live event for TV is being held here as SING GALING is doing back to back grand final events this coming March 5 and 12.

This is possible as they've forged a partnership with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. They gave us a peek on what will happen to the Ultimate Pa-Sing-Katan for the celebrity edition and Kantastic Finale for the regular edition. They had all the contestants for the regular edition present and a Chuckie Dreyfus, Boobsie Wonderland and Aljur Abrenica too. The celebrities will also have their chosen charities benefit from it so the stakes are definitely higher.

What struck me most was the judges, as the contestants told us, pretty much loved the time they spent together. They felt like equals, and Mr. Rey Valera even made them their own single, in hopes of releasing an album with them on it. Doesn't that fell like pieces falling together for OPM? Oh surely, it'll be a good time to watch the show at 6PM on those dates.

MAYMAY ENTRATA Spends Quality Time with Fans at MEGANdang Buhay Event

A hopeful woman with a keen, positive outlook in life... we saw Maymay Entrata during an event hosted by MEGAN Beauty Products. I remember when she was tapped as the brand's endorser and how she was so happy to have been able to share how it has been a beautiful addition to the brands that believe in her and today, was a testimony of that.

This is a virtual meet and greet dedicated Maymay's stern supporters, her most loyal fans and the media. During the event, her whole Megan Beauty family came and supported her as they prepared activities and games to break the ice. The brand was certainly there to support Maymay's career and MEGAN knows a lot of people have been inspired by her story. Albeit facing a lot of issues this past, she has been able to accomplish a lot despite the challenges thrown to her, and the brand sees it as something to celebrate with. This is Maymay's MEGANdang Buhay and they hope we could learn a thing or two during various segments of the event, the jokes in between and the much awaited question and answer portion where Maymay shared a lot of things to her supporters. Here's a part of that talk where they got to ask her tough questions.  

 

Maymay also shares "I've been planning to study abroad for the longest time even when I wasn't working in the industry. It happened already, which is why I am so happy. This whole February has been so amazing. I am overjoyed that I got to be with the one I love, and also, a lot of people in my family are celebrating their birthdays and I got to celebrate with them. I am also ecstatic that we have an addition to the family when my cousin gave birth a few days ago, this month is full of blessings and I can't thank the one above for that!" 

Being with MEGAN has also given her a needed boost of confidence, they believed in her, she says "It hasn't been easy to become confident about myself. MEGAN has become my family, a reason why I believe in my own true beauty. They believe in me, they were the first ones to do that when I was just starting. Thank you MEGAN for that!"

As of this writing, her recently released single AMAKABOGERA has amassed 12.6 Million views which she didn't really expect. When she saw the lyrics for the first time, heard the track and saw the story board for it, she was overwhelmed that it exploded like this in just a few days.
